1.) Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job

  • Review and optimize the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Analyze the external talent market and industry best practices to identify innovative talent acquisition strategies to apply these insights to strengthen the organization's employer brands and value proposition for attracting top candidates.

The Job

2.) HSE Manager - Golden Pasta

Job Title: HSE Manager - Golden Pasta

The Purpose

  • Manage the HSE Health Safety Environment of Golden Pasta & Noodles, by directing industrial hygiene, occupational and general safety programs to ensure a safe and clean environment and comply with regulatory regulation.

The Duties

  • Coordinate the safety and occupational health component of personnel, materials, equipment and environments to achieve safety effectiveness for the company.
  • Monitor and advice management on applicable federal, state, local legislation and codes governing health and safety.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to evaluate and monitor the impact of the company operations on the environment.

3.) Mechanic

Job Title: Mechanic

Location: Apapa, Lagos

The Purpose

  • To ensure the smooth running of the installed generators for capacity utilization.

The Duties

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all diesel and gas generators in the factory.

4.) Power Plant Electrician

Job Title: Power Plant Electrician

Job Purpose

  • A Power Plant Electrician will undertake a variety of tasks relating to the installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructures in efficient ways to improve plant availability and sustain equipment reliabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair on all Switchgear control circuits, generators, turbines in accordance with procedures and OEM recommendations.

  • To operate and maintain the boilers and related equipment optimally while ensuring steady uninterrupted % of heat supply at the right quality.

7.) Process Checker

Job Title: Process Checker

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Description

  • Benchmark in-process and finished products by ensuring that products conform to required specification.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all scales at the packing station and control measures are working properly and records are maintained.
  • Weigh accurately according to specifications and ensure that calibration of scales on the production floor is carried out as at when due.
  • Observe and ensure that in-process and finished product on the production line conforms to specification.
  • Ensures that finished product (refined sugar) is packaged according to specification and Quarantine those products that are out of spec.
  • Report/Document all findings on the production and packaging line to Quality Assurance Officer.
