West African Vocational Education (WAVE) is solving what is arguably the biggest challenge on the continent: youth unemployment. In West Africa, 40-85% of youth, more than 50 million, are either unemployed or underemployed. Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. The disconnect between work-ready youth and the employment market must be bridged.

1.) Personal Assistant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Ability to use social media
- Performing other duties as required.
Work Hours:
- 9 AM - 5 PM ( Can leave if daily tasks are completed before 5 pm)
- 6days a weeks
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc
- 1 - 4 years work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a huge advantage,

Skills and Proficiency:
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good oral and written communication skills
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
Salary
- N60,000 - N100,000 monthly (Depending on experience).

2.) Cake Decorator
Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Description
- To be successful as a Cake Decorator, you should keep abreast of the latest styles, techniques, and trends in cake decoration.
- Ultimately, a top-notch Cake Decorator should be able to demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to define cake specifications and design needs.
- Use select ingredients, colors, and accessories to decorate cakes.
- Stock and manage display cases.
- Organize and reorder supplies, labeling where appropriate.
Working Hours:
- 8 am - 6 pm.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of OND / NCE qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.

- Graphic designing

- We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
- As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals

- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a huge advantage.
Salary
NGN 50,000 - 70,000 Monthly.
