1.) Housekeeping Supervisor

 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
  • Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
  • Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
  • Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
  • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
  • Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
  • Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
  • Working knowledge of housekeeping.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

Salary

  • N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.

2.) Female Senior Sales Executive

 

Location: Chevron, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Research and analyze sales options.

  • Generate revenue for the organisation.

3.) Visa Processing Officer

 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Book reservations and issue tickets to clients.
  • Plan route and compute ticket cost, using schedules, rate books, and computer.
  • Make ticket booking, quote fare, and send to direct customers or agents.
  • Prepare and forward daily sales report to the account department at every close.
  • Arrange reservations and routing for passengers at request of ticket agent.
  • Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accommodations, procedure and polices.
  • Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
  • Prepare customer invoices and accept payment.
  • Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources.
  • Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer.
  • Educate and enlighten customer on the new and existing products of the company

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • At least 3 years work experience.
  • Knowledge of visa processing.
  • Preferably female.
  • Good spoken English.
  • Proximity to the Island is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of all 3 Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

4.) Travels and Tours Manager

 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.
  • Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel
  • Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities.
  • Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.
  • Must have travels and tours knowledge.
  • Must be able to process visas.
  • Preparing travel budget reports.
  • Analyzing and preparing reports on travel spend.
  • Must be able to reserve and possibly issue tickets
  • Must know the Global Distribution System (GDS)
  • Proximity to the Island is a plus

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Travel or Hospitality.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the travel industry.
  • A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience may be preferred.
  • Knowledge of travel management processes.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel (existing relationships may be advantageous).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills.

5.) Generators Sales Officer

 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation for Diesel Generators in the allocated region and customer segments
  • Appoint of new sales dealers for the diesel generators
  • Make presentations for customers and do assessment, proposal and close orders
  • Key responsibility is to meet sales revenue targets and expand dealer base across the assigned regions and customer segments
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner, in consultation with his Manager.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Travel to meet with potential and existing clients, in the assigned sales territory
  • Submit daily market visit reports and competition intelligence.

Experience Required

  • Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Must be from generator or transformers industry with basic knowledge of electricity
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience
  • Should have knowledge of basic excel and PowerPoint

Skills Required:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Self-driven, decisive and dogged
  • Must be well aware of the location geography and market areas
  • Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills.

6.) Business Development Executive

Summary

  • We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive company sales by sourcing new clients, generating more leads and expanding client base.

Rsponsibilities

  • Directs workers in welding, assembly, inspection and repair techniques, utilizing knowledge of assembly procedures specifications.
  • Confers with other supervisory personnel to coordinate activities of individual departments within plant.
  • Assigns training of new employees to qualified workers or performs training duties.
  • To ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health, and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications / Essential Skills / Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this position should possess a good Degree in Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

10.) Oncology Nurse

 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • An Oncology Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who specializes in providing care and treatment to patients with cancer.
  • They care for critically or chronically ill cancer patients by administering treatment and providing information and support.
  • Oncology nurses work with physicians as a part of interdisciplinary teams to care for cancer patients in hospitals or clinics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Examine and assess the full health of patients, focus on physical, mental and emotional status, as well as nutrition, pain, and family involvement.
  • In consultation with physicians and specialists, the Oncology Nurse develops a treatment plan for the patient. Formulate a goal-directed plan of care and establish treatment priorities based on patient needs and the availability of resources.
  • Assist with the administration of chemotherapy and radiation, as well as supportive care and treatment for patient symptoms. Also monitor, evaluate and record the treatment results.
  • Help patients, and their families, understand the disease, the treatment plan, and any possible side effects. Help to translate complex medical terminology to the patient and answer questions. May also advise patients on disease prevention and personal care.
  • Provide support and guidance throughout a patient’s treatment, link patients and their families to healthcare services and communicate with the doctors and other members of staff on behalf of the patient. Provide emotional stability and support as patients and their families handle a very stressful and painful treatment process.

Requirements

  • A successful Oncology Nurse is compassionate and emotionally strong, and a good communicator.
  • They should be conscientious, detail-oriented, and work well under pressure. In addition to these general skills and personality traits, employers are seeking Oncology Nurse candidates with the following skills.
  • A current RN licensure
  • Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc.)
  • 3 years of work experience.
