1.) Experienced Store Keeper
Job Reference: ESK2021055
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Planning and performing work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of stock.
- Distribute orders to the cold-room staffs, cold room store keeper, and motor boys for loading.
- Follow up on quick loading
- Arrange and organize loading of cartons from various warehouses e.g. Refrigerator and New slaughter house.
- Enlist items to be loaded from each location and supervises the loading of same accordingly.
- Receive containers, offload same with their various packing list, physical counts and monitor arrangement in the cold store warehouses.
- Ensuring Warehouses tidiness, arrangement and custodian.
- Preparing and updating containers receivables register.
- Preparations of day to day activities reports in regards carton stocks.
- Monitor stock availability and balances.
- Preparation of expired and near to expire monthly reports.
- Daily stock checks / reconciliation with stock operator.
- Actively participating in physical counts and inventory.
- Organized and carry out stock transfers.
- Carry out the supervision of blast packing, scaling and storage.
- Monitors staffs strength via absence and reasons for same.
- Carry out of other assignment as given by my line manager.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Accounting or related field from recognized university
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in stock management in a manufacturing companies;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Must be residing in Ibadan, Oyo State

- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a car driver preferable with corporate organizations
- Valid driver’s licence
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be conversant with Lagos-Ibadan road networks
- Ability to drive light vehicles
- Extensive knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations
- No recent driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations such as traffic etc.
- Willing to submit to background checks and provide employment recommendations
- Must be residing in Lekki, Lagos.

Job Description
- Handling transactions with customers using cash registers
- Collecting and posting payment transactions
- Reconciling the online cash box balance with the physical cash at the end of every transaction
- Issuing receipts, refunds, changes or tickets
- Responsible for follow up, filing and labelling of vouchers on monthly basis.
- Ensuring timely bank payments;
- Reconciling and monitoring staff travelling expenses;
- Responsible for safe & cashbook checking at the end of each day by checking the safety and ensuring its balances and correspond
- Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas
- Tracking transactions on balance sheets and reporting any discrepancies
- Responsible for making payments for all items and services which have been approved by all authorized signatories and checking that no supportive documentation or signature is missing before releasing any payment.
- Resolving customer complaints, guiding them and providing relevant information
- Carrying out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND in Accounting from a recognized university/Polytechnic
- Must have good knowledge of accounting principles or worked as an accountant previously.
- Minimum five (5) years experience as a company’s accountant/cashier preferably in manufacturing industries;
- Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage;
- Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suite;
- Must be smart, honest and trustworthy;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State.
