1.) Category Manager
Location: Lagos
Department: Buying and Merchandising
Responsibilities
- Merchandising and Inter-Stores Movement Consolidation
- Actively lead, mentor, and develop the Category Managers to take on initiatives, execute, and actively impact revenue
- Supervise, manage, and direct category managers, analysts, and support personnel for designated categories
- Lead the Categories in achieving the sales objectives for the business as set in the current business year.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive assortment strategy that’s optimized for company objectives and growth opportunities identified at category level
- Collaborate with Brands & Marketing in Planning sales campaign for every cycle and events such as End of Year sales, Summer Sales, etc.
- Set up, manage, and enhance Merchandise Pricing Systems
- Ensure achievement of agreed return on investment (ROI) for each Category.
- Providing direction for the team through leadership, objective setting, motivation, clear communication and people management.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across product, account management, marketplace integrity, marketing, and growth to accelerate execution
- Create and implement new initiatives for all categories to increase sales and margins
- Responsible for merchandise allocation, distribution and replenishment to stores
- Manages day-to-day operations leads and supply chain management for categories through Strategic Procurement
- Responsible for Merchandise/Product Life Cycle Planning and Execution. This would be from ideation till the product is discontinued
- Attend industry events to acquire up-to-date market and product information and sales trends to ensure appropriate sales, marketing and procurement strategy.
- Evaluate the marketplace and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape; evaluate opportunities and constructed products applicable to market needs.
- Responsible for Store Visitation Merchandise Assessment Audit
- Regular visit to stores to keep abreast with merchandise gaps

Requirements
- First Degree in Statistics or any related field.
- You should have gained 5 years of work experience in a retail company.
- You are a strategic commercial thinker with impressive analytical skills and critical mindset. You have strong technical skills in Excel. Knowledge in SQL or other programming languages is a strong plus
- You should have a good understanding of the main P&L lines in an ecommerce - retailing environment
- You should have great communication skills and can drive projects with different teams across the organization
- You are business-fluent in English.

2.) Project Coordinator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling
- Driving budget & monitoring spend to deliver results in line with planned objectives
- Ensure day-to-day team support functions are carried out in relation to office security, stationery and office consumables, and the purchasing of other equipment and materials required by the team.
- Provide minutes of key project meetings
- Develop an understanding of the key areas of project delivery to be able to provide support to all members of the project team
- Utilise the clients system for booking the use of site meeting rooms
- Liaise with staff to obtain and use local admin resources as necessary.
- Coordinate the team requirements with Macro head office in Dubai
- To ensure project admin services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Ensure appropriate Macro and processes and procedures are followed
- Implementing and maintaining filing systems (both electronic and hard copy systems). Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information
- Facilities Team meeting arrangements

Requirements
- You have a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have prior experience within a similar role.
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
- You have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and civic leadership as well as program beneficiaries.
- Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.

3.) Photographer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Produce imagery that embodies and amplifies the R‘n’T brand
- Photograph our products in-studio and on location for ecommerce and editorial use
- Set direction for photo shoots in collaboration with Creative Director and stylists
- Retouch digital imagery for use across ecommerce, social media and marketing campaigns
- Manage the photo studio as well as in-house equipment to help keep things in tip-top shape
- Benchmark against competitors and other brands with similar brand ethos and design
- Provide opinions on other creative and marketing activities: campaigns, events, etc
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce photoshoots for use in company-wide communication, websites, large “impact” pieces for campaigns, and social media.
- Provides direction and logistics for projects including shot sheets, releases, and coordination and maintenance of images and footage.
- Maintains, organizes, and archives images using digital asset management system.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a photographer in a competitive industry

4.) Data Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Providing 360-degree data analysis which helps to formulate a strategic direction for key business cycle campaigns and product cycle campaigns.
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts etc.
- Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
- Oversee data maintenance for all categories in various merchandising systems.
- Manage overall review of stock to sale ratio across all categories.
- Supervise sales trends across all sale channels to execute strategic plans through planned sales, markdowns, etc.
- Direct the coordination of merchandise flow-through from warehouse to respective stores.
- Plan the exit strategy for aged and unsellable inventory.
- Schedule and perform routine store visits to ascertain assortment gaps.

5.) Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MD’s diary
- Respond to emails, receive calls manage appointments with the MD
- Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests
- Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings between the MD and Managers or Teams
- Coordinate the MD’s travel and accommodation requirements
- Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD
- Provide an effective documentation management system and maintain data base for valuable business contacts.
- Prepare professional presentation slides and documents and delivers papers for MD.
- Conduct research and provide research findings and intelligence to MD.
- Assists the MD with speech preparation, general email communication to staff, other routine correspondence, etc.
- Manage other assignment as directed by the MD
Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Study or related field.
- 4-6 years PA/secretarial experience at C-Suit or senior level
- A recognized professional qualification and knowledge of fashion/retail will be an added advantage.

6.) Human Resource Executive (Production)

Job Description
- Preparation of the Manpower Plan needs of the factory
- Source and recruit new hires
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation/ induction to foster positive attitude toward the company goals.
- Manage employee data and prepare report on employee turnover rate.
- Advice management on employee relations issues and carry out disciplinary actions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and ensures effective administration.
- Handle all personnel transactions such as leave request, absenteeism confirmations, promotions, transfers.
- Administer benefits programs such health (HMO), pension plans, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance programs.
- Impute, administer and distribute employee’s payroll.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and prepare reports at the conclusion of the appraisals and also ensure implementation of recommended actions
- Prepare training calendar and administer trainings as needed
- Prepares employee separation notices, related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation.

Job Requirements
