1.) Senior Product Manager

 

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Department: Product Development

The Position

  • We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to provide quantitative analysis, market expertise and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organization.
  • You will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will:

  • Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch
  • Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed
  • Serve as an analytics expert for your partners, using numbers to help them make better decisions
  • Weave stories with meaningful insight from data




Requirements
Ideally, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 4-6 years' experience in a related role (e.g. credit risk analyst/manager, Loan Product Manager, Deposit Product Manager).
  • Hands-on experience at least in two of the following:
  • Credit risk management
  • Loan/Deposit/Insurance Product & Pricing
  • Risk analytics
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in and ability to gain risk insights analyzing large volumes of data

2.) Software Development Manager

 

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Department: Engineering
Employment: Type Full-Time

The Position

  • As a Software Development Manager, you will work closely with other managers within and outside the Engineering department to ensure quick identification and resolution of production issues while proactively creating early warning systems and real-time transaction monitoring systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of issue resolution of all applications on live environment
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of all application technical documentation.
  • Work with other teams to create a proactive monitoring and early alert system for monitoring downtimes and anomalies.
  • In charge of ensuring minimum 99% uptime on all channels

Requirements
Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ development experience working with at least one of following technologies Java, NodeJS, AngularJS
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Experience with high-performance and high-availability open-source web technologies
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure services like AWS, Azure and GCS
  • Knowledge of Docker, Docker swamp and Kubernetes
  • Hands on experience working with AWS Fargate
  • Experience in working in a CI/CD development environment

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of GIT
  • Knowledge of gRPC services and Protobuf
  • Knowledge of PHP and PHP frameworks

3.) IT Business Analyst

 

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: IT Operations
Minimum Experience: Entry-level

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal IT requests
  • Decompose, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical & textual techniques, including use cases, diagrams, process models, wireframes, functional and technical specifications.
  • Business process analysis and modeling.
  • Research, review and analyze existing processes and develop strategies for enhancements.
  • Responsible for the functional systems designLead development of configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  • Participate in and facilitate system design workshops with internal and external stakeholders to solicit and document requirements.
  • Participate in architecting the logical design of the system with the technical team, including screen design and specifications, data modeling, and documentation of logical processing flows.
  • Lead the collaboration with stakeholders and partners to define scope for projects and enhancements, documents risks and assumptions, develops the delivery approach, and timings.
  • Work closely with project managers and team members through all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders & development team.
  • Communicate with Development and QA teams regularly to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
  • Act as translator between business and technical community interpreting user needs and translating them into more technical language for the developers (and vice-versa).
  • Collaboratively document test scripts with Primary stakeholders and developers.
  • Coordinate and document tests protocols and reports, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes and systems.
  • Post implementation application support.
  • Create change management request documents and facilitate change management sessions.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer from Development Teams to user support teams- Provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organization and management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of BPMN tools
  • Great communication skills
  • Adequate attention span for consuming detailed information and quickly learn business and process flows.
  • Comfort with prioritization of work and multiple demands.

4.) Back-End Developer

  • As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building the server-side of our applications. Our Backend developers create API's to be utilized by front-end developers.
  • The day to day consists of optimizing servers for speed and stability, implementing security structures, generating reusable code libraries and generating data storage solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate recyclable code libraries.
  • Implement ongoing security systems.
  • Routinely inspect server code for speed optimization.
  • Conceptualize and implement solutions for data storage.
  • Configure usability of all front side applications.
  • Maintain a stable server with zero downtime.

Requirements
Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Java development.
  • Experience with Java 8 and RX Java in a production application.
  • Experience developing apps that interact with web services (REST, JSON).
  • Working experience with SQL.
  • Possess proficiency in Spring boot Java frameworks.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of GIT.
  • Experience in working in a CI/CD development environment.
  • Knowledge of gRPC services and Protobuf
