1.) Team Lead, Transmission Planning

 

Job Summary:

• Plan and coordinate end to end service delivery in the Transport network to ensure all connectivity requirements to all locations/nodes in the shortest possible time.

Job Role

• Take inputs for coverage/capacity from the regional radio and transmission planning engineers and integrate them into a national network plan.
• Perform MW Link Profiling, Terrain Data verification, Tower Height Calculations, Link and Traffic Engineering for inter-regional network.
• Conduct route selection and capacity planning for Optical Network Design (WDM/SDH/IP).
• Coordinate the traffic requirements for all stakeholder groups and consolidating into national and inter-regional route requirements for onward design and build.
• Collect statistics from the various monitoring tools and perform post implementation analysis on all routes and provide recommendations and solutions towards improvements on network quality where required.
• Coordinate MDNS projects with all stakeholders and provide a consolidated solution description for all MDNS clients requirements.
• Provide support in the selection of suitable transmission sites through the conduct of site surveys.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• Minimum of a BSc Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar role

Job Role

• To ensure adherence and compliance to the approved EA standards by actively involved in all business events, developments and projects.
• Design and model, maintain and support the Enterprise Architecture Strategy (for Systems/Solutions, Integration, Security, Technology, Digital)
• Drive the design, architecture cycles and aspects of the delivery of key business or enterprise-wide and group solutions.
• Drive and facilitate the development of the current and to be architecture models covering all the EA domains.
• Undertake tasks supervision of the team under the guidance of the Manager, Enterprise Architecture.
• Enable and utilize the EA tooling across the enterprise and the visibility of all EA artefacts
• Lead to define enterprise architecture principles, standards and guidelines, and blueprints.
• Analyse legacy business processes to derive the required business functions and rules from existing applications in achieving a two-speed architecture environment for the new business architectures – focusing particularly on digital architectures.
• Develop systems/solutions, integration, technology, security architectures covering the enterprise or for specific line of service delivery, program areas or business functions
• Maintain overall EA domains (Systems/Solutions, Integration, Security, Technology) synchronized with the IS Vision, roadmap and Business Plan.
• Design the enterprise application integration model by ensuring the implementation and improvement of a standard middleware (SOA), as well as all MicroServices, APIs. And ensure they are optimized and ready to take on more services and can handle service orchestration with high volumes of TPS.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain reference architectures for various capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into systems/solutions architectures bearing systems qualities and repeatable design strategies and patterns, such as adaptability, scalability, availability, and reusability. Enable the use of all the EA toolsets for the design and documentation of all EA artefacts.
• Drive Master Data Management Practices and ensure our environment is MDM focused.
• Liaise with the Specialist, BPM to ensure integration, synchronization and alignment to the final architectural output to all design requirements for all EA domains and standards.
• Facilitate design reviews across the enterprise and collect enterprise architecture performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Setup all Integrated Design Review (IDR), Internal Architecture Review (IAR) and Architecture Review Board (ARB) sessions and ensure EA artifacts are designed to support the discussions; document and review all decision outputs as well as the tracking of the IDR, IAR, ARB actions until completion.
• Ensure all EA artifacts are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the current state and planned end state.
• Work as lead architect on various projects






Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• Minimum of a University Degree in Computer Science or Information Management, or a related field of study
• Certification in TOGAF, ITIL certifications is a plus
• Project Management Certification

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience of which 2 years of progressive experience must be in IT architecture
• Telecoms experience is necessary
• Experience with enterprise architecture design, SDLC, Solution Design, Information Management & Data Analytics

3.) Engineer, Digital Operations

 

Job Summary:

• Support the execution of operational tasks, job and activities for all Digital platforms and to deliver the required availability level and KPIs of all Digital services.

Job Role

• Maintain and ensure the stability and efficiency of all Digital services
• Investigate technical issues and manage deployment of fixes to live systems by vendors
• Liaise with the Business Digital and Development Teams to resolve technical and customer experience issues
• Complaints-Ticket handling
• Debug and provide suggestions and recommendations to improve functionality, performance and experience of services
• Escalates anomalies to Manager in the form of simple reports in order to inform him of any potential unresolved problems
• Periodic testing of IN & VAS Services and ensuring proper functionality of the different services.
• Work closely with cross functional teams for the design and implementation of any new service.
• Handling & Resolution of customer complaints within the set SLA targets.
• Coordinate and Support the Managed services suppliers and ensure KPIs are monitored and targets achieved
• Weekly review of Managed service operation with supplier with manager
• Ensure compliance of Digital systems with internal IS security policies
• Conduct O&M on non-Managed Services platforms, produce weekly/monthly reports and initiate corrective actions accordingly for closure
• Provide L1 and L2 support for all non-Managed Services
• Responsible for handling emergency incidents/problems on the Digital platforms.
• Provide input from systems to immediate supervisor or manager for planning and expansion
• Proactive monitoring of services arrest degradations before they become incidents and problems
• May perform additional duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
• Liaison between Managed Services Team and other business functions
• Conduct IATs, post and pre-tests before and after system changes and configurations are done

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent qualification
• ITIL Certification a plus

4.) Controller, Enterprise Portfolio and Decision Support

 

Job Summary:

• Responsible for reporting and analysing segment data, product performance and provide research and analytics support for each product and segment (SME, LCA, Fixed, Public Sector & Digital) within the enterprise business division by driving market research, database management and analytics to support overall growth of the enterprise business unit.

Job Role

• Coordinate the tracking of commercial performance (Churn, revenue, segment performance, revenue, ARPU, usage, customer insights etc) reporting per product and per segment
• Cleanse, analyse and optimize Enterprise Business database per segment
• Drive Research and analytics with market/ competitor performance reporting
• Coordinate with Marketing CVM team for enterprise CVM) support per segment ( Fixed, SME, LCA,MNC, Digital)
• Coordinate with Marketing BI, Research and Data analytics teams as needed to continuously provide data analysis to drive decision making
• Engage with IS and other technical teams and apply tools such as DaaS, PowerBI, etc. as needed to continuously provide data analysis to drive decision making
• Coordinate the optimization of product portfolio with product owners to ensure product lifecycle and performance tracking per product is done
• Provide micro-level market performance monitoring with monthly updating of KPIs for reporting
• Assist product owners to develop and implement data backed interventions per segment
• Support with day-to-day operations (enhancements , retirement , pilots etc) on products to enhance overall product performance
• Study and analyse data and research trends to provide advisory services for data backed decision making within the unit

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Statistics/Mathematics/ Marketing / Data Mining or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in the Telecoms Industry
• Data mining experience is an advantage

5.) Senior Lead, IT Fintech Operations

• Manage & improve the Operation & Maintenance process of the Fintech systems.
• Prepare & design all needed process & procedures relevant to the tasks performed by the section internally & externally.
