1.) KongaBoss Consulting Sales Lead
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Type: Full Time
Job Category: Intermediate Level
Reports to: KongaBoss Head of Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Agents’ recruitment for bulk sales
- Carrying out KYC for newly recruited agents
- Management of fully on boarded agents
- Ensuring agents compliance to the company’s policies and procedures
- Develop strategies of penetrating remote areas within region
- Monthly Sales forecast to influence business procurement decisions
- Regional target breakdown per state/per agent
- Verifying and approving sales orders submitted by agents
- Follow up with order process and delivery
- Revenue recovery for completed orders
- Regional business reporting
- Training of Agents
- Agents’ issues resolutions
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Great level of interpersonal relationship skills
- Very Accurate documentation
- High level of tolerance
- Accurate Information
- Very well organized
- Good problem solving skills
- Customer Service
- Good negotiation skills
- Must be able to pay attention to details in order to give accurate information.
- Experience in resolving issues and managing customers.

Job Profile
- We are searching for a talented and smart individual with a passion for the Ecommerce space to function in the capacity of an IT Support Engineer.
- The ideal candidate should be responsible for providing technical support for our business full range technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, audio visual equipment etc.
- The ideal candidate will also be responsible for Installations and configurations of computer systems, diagnosing software and hardware faults and solving technical and application problems.
Job Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose and repair software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies and hardware
- Escalating unresolved issues to senior management.
- Monitoring and escalating of all konga.com services
- Management of platform accesses.
- Maintaining good client relations.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Compiling job reports.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science or any other Technology related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field (Technology Support). Agency experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting software, hardware and networking issues.
- Willingness to multi-task.

Job Profile
- We are searching for a talented and smart individual with a passion for the Ecommerce space to function in the capacity of a Data Engineer.
- The ideal candidate should be responsible for turning data into information, information into insight and use insight to help enable business decisions.
- The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the business performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Interpreting data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Build pipelines in with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Pipelines for ETL, ELT, and ELTL orchestration.
- Design and implement Data Warehouse in Azure Synapse Analytics.
- UsePySpark for Data Orchestration.
- Interpreting data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Designing and Implementing Machine Learning Models to aid business decision making and performance.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Monitoring business performance.
- Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.
- Developing and executing project plans.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, or any other related field will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Proficiency in software engineering tools
- 2 to 4 years proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting solutions (Power BI, Qlikview etc.), databases (SQL etc.), and ETL.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
