1.) Account Manager

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute building a product that will disrupt the On demand market?

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Develop and manage partner relationship for all the accounts in your portfolio.
  • Meet with clients regularly to build strong commercial relationships. Manage each assigned partner through regular contact by telephone, email, face to face partner review /re-sign meetings.
  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence
  • Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
  • Deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across multiple clients
  • Deliver outstanding day-to-day client service and a high quality of work to agreed excellence service and performance.
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement. Be the main POC between Glovo different areas and the Partner.

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy preferably in FMCG, digital platforms or on-demand delivery industry
  • Data-driven profile with strong business acumen
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented
  • Problem solving, perfect written and spoken communication
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is a must
  • Nice to have: experience on using Salesforce and SQL

2.) Commercial Manager

You will be responsible for building and developing partnerships with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc and growing their number on the platform while leading your team to deliver aggressive sales and growth targets.

In this role you will be part of the commercial leadership team for Glovo, working closely with the regional team and HQ team.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Devise the long-term strategy for your country commercial department
  • Keep  building a partner portfolio,  create new business opportunities and initiate partnership collaborations
  • Build processes to scale the commercial effort without compromising quality or support
  • Lead your team to greatness - hire top talents, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals
  • Guide the commercial team in order to achieve the sales targets and maintain good relationships with our partners
  • Work hard with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains and smaller partners
  • Drive, structure, analyze and channel daily work and information - setting goals, delegating, and supervising the  team’s performance
  • Work closely with our HQ Commercial department to define commissions, rewards, and incentives to motivate the local team
  • Coordinate and manage the Commercial KPIs defined together with the Operation   and Marketing team

YOU HAVE:

  • At least  3 years of relevant  experience in managing high-performance commercial team
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change
  • You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding
  • You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
  • You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others
  • You are always respectful, kind and fair
  • Local Language and English full professional proficiency

3.) Finance Team Lead

We are starting in Ghana to revolutionize de local Delivery market. The way we want to grow is making every city profitable. To reach this goal we need a 360, analytical and results driven person to take ownership of our Finance function in Ghana. The time to market is a crucial factor, so we need a problem-solver person with 100% hands-on attitude.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Be the representative of the Finance Team in Ghana, and help them taking decisions that will shape the future of our business locally
  • Take ownership of the FP&A and controlling functions (Business Plan, monthly closings, etc) both at a country and city-levels
  • Drive financial discipline and improve overall profitability, maximizing outputs
  • Work closely with Global Finance Teams (Billing, Treasury, etc) to solve any day-to-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of Ghana's customers, partners and glovers in any topic related to Finance
  • Work with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution, and to develop profitability analysis for new ideas/businesses
  • Report into Ghana's General Manager

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Previous strategy/operations consulting background is a plus
  • At least 1+ years of experience in controlling/FP&A is a must
  • Analytical and 360 mindset
  • Hands-on and autonomous
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
  • Ability to understand the businness and the PnL of the country

4.) Marketing Manager

We are looking for an analytical marketing manager who can help shape the Glovo brand while formulating and executing new strategies to acquire new customers in our recently launched market. This person must be a self-starter, results-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment that needs to be shaped from scratch.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Define Glovo’s Marketing strategy for Ghana together with both Local & Regional Leadership
  • Lead the activation of the marketing plans and track performance on the agreed growth goals
  • Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital / non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC targets
  • Manage the country marketing budget

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience in a similar role at a leading FMCG blue chip company or E-commerce/Marketplace
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth, experienced defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
  • Strong consumer understanding skills
  • Have a deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Proficient in English

5.) Operations Specialist

Join us as an Operations Specialist and become a key member of Glovo's local operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Recruit, train and onboard the entire fleet of Glovers ( our couriers) in the new city
  • Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving the acquisition and retention of Glovers
  • Have a Data sensitive approach, making sure that all the information is transferred to our database and reports
  • Be responsible for all documentation and contracts of Glovers in the city
  • Be there for the Glovers when they need support
  • Take care of procurement, ensuring that all Glovers receive the work kit and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
  • Ensure that all Glovers are properly trained and prepared to provide feedback to the Fleet Operations Manager
  • Manage scheduling, attendance and general administration of Info-Sessions while supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
  • Communicate effectively with the local Operations Manager on customer support processes and operations
  • Improve processes on behalf of Glovers through projects (when necessary)

YOU HAVE:

  • Have previous experience in on-demand fleet management
  • Good communicator with ability and agility to solve problems
  • Being highly motivated to work for a fast-growing startup
  • Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
  • Enjoy learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Have initiative, be proactive and autonomous - Glovo is also yours!
  • Have good energy and like what you do, even on bad days
  • University degree (Engineering, Administration or related areas)
  • Fluent in English
