1.) Relationship Analyst
Responsibilities
• Year on year revenue growth versus budget for team portfolio.
• Achieving the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards.
• Manage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client base.
• Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Convert identified leads into successful sales.
• Achieve individual targets as set according to appropriate business area or sales plan
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
• Manage the % of facility documents outstanding in excess of 60 days after renewal as measured by Collateral team per BS Team / region based on facilities approved and documents submitted.
• Ensure effective Data Management by ensuring expired limits are attended to against set target.
• Prepare credit proposals for review by the Credit Product House.
• Compliance with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules.
• Manage own development to increase own competencies.

purpose
• Analyse credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of a broader client relationship.
Qualification Required & Experience
• An appropriate business degree
• Banking Certification
• 2-3 year's related experience

2.) Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
• Initiate and ensure draw down quality credit applications.
• Develop relationships with a wide range of product specialists within the FirstRand Group and build collaborative relationships and optimise co-operation between functions within FirstRand to support client service excellence.
• Manage projects according to project management guidelines (Expert level) apply effective consulting and coaching skills (Expert level) allocate and manage tasks, activities and resources appropriately including (but not limited to) KYC, Expired Limits, and ensure Effective Data Management.
• Ensure expired limits are attended to against set target

• Responsible for management of their function devising implementing and provide input into the customer relationship management strategy. To strategically and operationally manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients

Qualification Required & Experience
• Relevant 3 year degree or diploma
• 5 to 6 years relevant experience

3.) Finance Manager
Responsibilities
• Establishment, alignment and management of target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
• Budget analysis, forecast and preparation of budget.
• Development of a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
• Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Makes strategic recommendations or gives options reflecting operational and market imperatives impacting on finance.
• Ensure all financial practices conform to FNB and legislative accounting, practices and policies by ensuring no audit findings are recorded. • Provision of recommendations for strategic decisions based on findings from analyses.
• Ensure financial statements are compiles and responsible for the integrity of the information to ensure accurately report on financial results of the business.
• Develop and present Cash Operating Pricing Models and Balanced Scorecards for Finance and MIS departments.
• Delivery of timeous, relevant and reliable financial management information for decision making.
• Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.

• To establish and maintain financial and management procedures for the business. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Prepare and consolidate monthly or yearly reports. Perform financial analysis on management accounts and coordination of annual budgets.
Qualification Required & Experience
• B Comm. degree or B Comm. Honours or CIMA or CA(SA) an advantage
• 3 to 5 years experience.
