1.) Relationship Manager, Financial Institutions and Multilaterals

Job Identification: 398
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

Assist in Managing and deepening relationships with existing customers for a major share of customer’s business
Identify and follow through to establish new relationships consistent with industry focus and overall Bank’s commercial objectives.
Resuscitate dormant relationships to meet Bank’s strategic objectives
Maintain high client satisfaction ratings through exceptional working relationships with clients.
Provide support in the origination and execution of customer’s transaction.
Support the banks liquidity drive by obtaining deposits
Maintain and update records on banking relationships
Provide support to Credit Risk Management on the background and financial information necessary to facilitate review of credit transactions
Assist to identify risk issues, problems areas and proactively respond to safeguard Bank’s interest
Market bank’s products and services to existing and new customers (especially in cross-selling of products) to maximize Bank’s share of industry business.

Job Requirements

First Degree or it's equivalent in any discipline preferably business-related
Higher Degree and/or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 10 years banking experience
Excellent relationship management skills
Good networking skills
Good understanding of the FI market and the major players
Established business development and managerial skills
Result- driven and self-motivated

2.) Branch Operations Officer (North Region)

3.) Analyst, Subsidiaries Network & Infrastructure Support

Job Identification: 336
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Collaborate with IT management and department heads to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services
Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
Participate in managing all network security solutions.
Manage all network services defined in the service catalogue and ensure achievement of OLAs
Test network & communication performance and provide performance statistics and reports; (Monthly & Quarterly)
Ensure proper documentation of all network and communication process/procedures and Configuration items
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head, IT Operations & Infrastructure or Group Head, Information Technology.

Requirements
Education:

First Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Systems Engineering or Operational Sciences with strong Information Systems component.
A second degree in any of these disciplines and/or technical certifications will enhance performance though not essential.

Experience:

Minimum experience – 2+ years relevant experience in Network Mnangement in the banking industry or ICT company.

4.) Desk Head, Subsidiaries Channels Support

Job Identification: 269
Location: Lagos

Job Description

Conduct proactive monitoring, operation and maintenance of channels applications and infrastructure (First Mobile, First Online Banking, VIACARD, FirstCollect, FirstConsole, Remita STP, FirstDirect) to maintain and support operations and ensure compliance to relevant standards
Provide technical direction in the area of requirement definition, planning, coordination and implementation of channels applications and infrastructure
Perform configurations, problems, incidents, IT service continuity and supply
Assist effort to evaluate, recommend, integrate and coordinate enhancements to the channels applications and infrastructure services
Assist effort to develop and configure channels infrastructure from conceptualization to stabilization and to enhancements
Test, debug, document and analyze performance of channels applications and infrastructure components
Provide high end support to all environments (production, test, QA, development etc.), channels infrastructure implementation and patch management
Conduct planning and monitoring of event, fault and performance management
Fulfil service requests and perform routine maintenance and support activities within SLA
Provide leadership and technical guidance to Channels systems
Detailed stakeholder engagement in issue resolution and adherence to escalation matrix
Provide innovative and relevant experience to problems, developments and integrations in the Channels eco-system
Knowledge and expertise in modern IT technologies and domains to support and advance the Channels Systems
Prepare and design reports on Systems availability and performance.

Requirements
Education:

Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a IT related discipline
Masters or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in channels system support/ administration.
