Grade Requirement: Entry level - Assistant Banking Officer
Job Summary
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary in the effective and efficient discharge of functions towards meeting the organisation’s corporate governance, legal and regulatory obligations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B); Barrister at Law (B.L)
- Call to the Nigerian Bar
Work Experience:
- 2 years' post call to bar with at least 1 year in company secretariat or legal function.

2.) Cyber Assurance and Analytics Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Grade Requirement: Entry level - Assistant Banking Officer
Job Summary
- To provide support in the periodic, independent and objective appraisal and audit of Information Systems Assets, and to ensure integrity, availability and confidentiality of all the IT Infrastructure.
- To provide assurance on the effectiveness of controls implemented against cyber risk; and to assess and identify opportunities to strengthen cyber security
Educational Requirements
- First Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Postgraduate degree and/or Professional qualification in information systems e.g. CISA, CISSP, desirable
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in Audit/ Control functions within the Financial Services Industry.
- Understanding of multiple technology domains including software development, Windows, database management, and networking
- Understanding of information security standards, best practices for securing computer systems, and applicable laws and regulations.

3.) Compliance Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Grade Requirement: Senior Banking Officer - Assistant Manager
Job Summary
- Provide overall support in monitoring compliance with stipulated regulations
- Institute effective policies and frameworks to ensure no infractions of rules and regulations.
- Responsible for effective reporting systems to constantly update on compliance level with regulatory requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Social Sciences or related discipline.
- Postgraduate degree/MBA and/or Professional qualification in Accounting e.g. ACA, ACCA desirable.
- Professional Membership of Compliance institute/association is mandatory.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years’ post qualification experience in Risk/ Control/Compliance within the Financial Services Industry with at least two (2) years in supervisory capacity.
