1.) Lecturer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating Induction and Lectures for students throughout the session. This role will serve as mentor for students as well.

Job Responsibilities

Develop engaging and current case studies for students throughout the session, including choosing the reading material, creating assignments and arranging a syllabus.
Develop curriculum for the courses.
Coordinate external Lecturers for students throughout the session.
Remain current in the field of study through regular research, attendance at conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed journals and similar places.
Conduct office hours on a regular basis to provide time for students to come and talk with you about their grades, assignments and other issues.
Develop and maintain students’ databases.
Mentor students throughout the sessions, and assist them in their pursuit of their degree, such as providing academic and career advice.
Review assignments and ensure that all students remain in compliance with the school’s/OTHM’s policy on academic integrity, including checking for any cheating and/or plagiarism.
Develop strong relationships with colleagues within the department and throughout the institution for an enhanced learning environment that values interdisciplinary study.
Participate in professional and collegiate organizations, including as a committee member, to remain abreast of all emerging developments.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required

MBA in a relevant field
5-7 years’ experience lecturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point
Experience of delivering high-quality customer services, with the demonstration of a strong understanding of how to respond to differing stakeholders’ needs.
Experience of developing good working relationships (e.g. partnerships) with colleagues from different parts of a company, showing understanding of the interdependencies that affect the work of other staff/teams in the organization.
Must be able to develop curriculum based on school policy.

Preferred:

Active member of a relevant professional organization

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline required
MBA is a compulsory requirement
4-6 years’ experience developing curriculum

2.) Curriculum Developer

Job Description

We ae looking for an experienced, creative curriculum developer to create and revise education curriculum for multiple content areas. This role includes in-person meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Your responsibilities as a curriculum developer involve all aspects of instruction, from the textbooks to the teaching methods.
You are also involved in developing training programs, whether working with a group or one-on-one to teach instructional techniques.
That makes excellent interpersonal skills essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and/or other technical experts to create curriculum with the following components:
- Course outlines
- Course syllabi
- Lesson plans
- Classroom activities
- PowerPoint presentations
- Multimedia supplemental materials such as podcasts, webinars, etc.
Collaborate with and take direction from program manager, other AJAC curriculum developers, subject matter experts and instructors
Update training, instructional, and curriculum materials on a consistent basis
Interview subject matter experts or conduct other research to develop instructional content
Participate and facilitate as directed curriculum review and subject matter advisory meetings, incorporating facilitation tools such as DACUM
Differentiate instructional content or delivery methods for students and different classroom environments levels or types of learners
Make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options
Evaluate and revise training materials such as texts, outlines, and handouts
Conduct needs assessments and strategic learning assessments to develop the basis for curriculum development or to update curricula

Job Brief

We are looking for a Driver to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner.
Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments.
Working with valley services in the company.
To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.

Responsibilities

Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
Pick up client from the place and at the time they’ve requested
Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
Assist in valley services of reparking company vehicles
Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues

Experience with forecasting, pacing and managing five figure+ monthly budgets
The Paid Per Search Specialist has the ability to both ideate on revenue generating opportunities as well as execute seamlessly.
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker.
Impeccably high standards and work ethic.
