1.) Network Administrator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, configure and maintain router and switches, administrative responsibility for the entire networking infrastructure
- Operate and administrate network devices (Wimax modems, routers, switches and firewalls)
- Plan detailed concept of LAN / VLAN / WAN for all bank locations via connect to ISP
- Design a network concept and create lifecycle plan for network devices
- Backup and setup of network configurations
- Proactive analysis of logging data to help to prevent system down time – communicate system or network events, troubleshoots problems and ensure uptime of network devices
- Patch management for network devices
- Maintain and update documentation of network design
- Plan and configure network security at the banking network.
- Manage IP-routing and network capacity.
- Install and manage data center racking, cabling, power, network devices.
Necessary Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Technology or comparable qualification
- Cognate Networking Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in an operational IT role as a network administrator
- Evidence of sound experience and in-depth knowledge in
- Network administration (up-to-date Cisco router hardware, operation system IOS, network connections), patch management, scripting, access control lists
- Cyber roam deployment
- Configuration of firewall, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- IT security tools and methods of as VPN and SSH
- Backup and recovery procedures for routers, switches and firewalls
- Problem solving, analytical and process oriented.
- Disciplined approach towards daily operations and documentation.

2.) Senior Software Developer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Head Office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: IT
Main Responsibilities
- Establish architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing software systems
- Demonstrates critical understanding of technical architecture, data architecture, infrastructure, and IT operations
- Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a system specification.
- Record software architecture in a software architecture document using use cases and the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
- Maintain and evolve software architecture documents based on evolving system requirements and industry trends and technologies.
- Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
- Provide supporting information to the engineers to aid in the creation of a system specification.
- Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
- Develop architectural solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
- Update knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Develop tactical tool in order to streamline or bring more efficiency within processes
- Support operations teams to ensure that our business services are performing optimally.
- Ensure system integrity, availability and confidentiality of all in-house solutions
- Deliver enterprise architecture that ensures business continuity of bank operations
- Be a key player in business process re-engineering within the department
- Design innovative solutions to real market problems.
- Work closely with product and marketing managers, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones

Necessary Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline with cognate experience
- At least four (4) years of professional experience in a similar role and operational environment
- At least two years of UML experience (Unified Modeling Language).
- Good knowledge of Object-oriented Programming languages and relational database.
- Experience in API development, mobile development and object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of Web Interfaces and PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, ASP.NET, Java, SOA
- Knowledge of Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software/System Documentation, Software Testing
- Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
- Experience in implementing operational automation.
- Documentation skills for operational processes and procedures.
- Reliable team player with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills and process-oriented approach to work.
- Self-starter, self-managed and able to work under stress to meet deadlines
- Collaborative, consultative and customer-oriented approach.
- Fluent English, both in writing and orally.
- A TOGAF certification (or equivalent certificate) would be an asset.

3.) Junior Legal Officer
Locations: South East Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head, Legal Department
Job Summary
- This role will basically support the Legal Due Diligence process and Legal Compliance process within the Legal Department. Conducting basic research and support the smooth functioning of the department through by carrying out assigned roles within stipulated timelines.
- The role will also support Credit Recovery.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft and advise on various kinds of commercial agreements.
- On the advice of the line supervisor, conduct research on various relevant legal issues as it affects compliance with the statutory regulations, applicable legislations, agreements and legal issues affecting the Bank’s operations.
- Liaison with client’s solicitors with regard credit arrears management.
- Liaise with external counsel in the co-ordination of land searches, company searches, perfection of mortgages, and ongoing litigation.
- Liaise with appropriate regulatory authorities on behalf of the Company on legal matters.
- Participate in the negotiation and settlement of disputes if any, between loan client and the bank.
- As per the advice of the Head of the Legal Department, conduct research on Legal issues especially on the adequacy of various types of securities granted by the bank.
- Support in the preparation and filing of regulatory returns in compliance with the provision of the Nigeria law, local requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Attend court and serve as the bank’s representative in court cases and at mediation sessions.
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping of documents and internal registers within the department
- Provide daily support to branches regarding all recovery decisions and activities.
- Support and intervene in Police matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- A good First Degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association or its equivalent is essential.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant work experience.
- Ability to effectively conduct research successfully.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computer application packages.
Soft Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within stipulated timelines and according to instructions
- Good team spirit
- High service-orientation.
