1.) Network & Security Officer
Job Title: Network & Security Officer
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Ensure network availability, performance, and scalability to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement security measures to protect the organization's network infrastructure, systems, and data from unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats. This includes managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and encryption technologies.
- Monitor network performance, identify and resolve network issues, and conduct regular network assessments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Respond to network security incidents and perform forensic analysis as required.
- Define and enforce network and security policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Regularly update and communicate policies to employees to ensure adherence to security practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, assess potential threats, and recommend appropriate security controls and countermeasures. Develop and maintain incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal security policies. Coordinate and participate in security audits and assessments, addressing any identified vulnerabilities or non-compliance issues.
- Assist in developing and managing the network and security budget. Identify resource requirements, assess technology needs, and make recommendations for network and security infrastructure upgrades or enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to align network and security initiatives with business goals. Communicate network and security-related updates, risks, and strategies to stakeholders, executives, and employees.
Requirements (Profile)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional).
- 8-10 years of experience in network administration and security management.
- 1-3 years of experience in the sports industry or event management.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security technologies.
- Proficiency in network security tools, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating network and security risks.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and experience in implementing security measures to ensure compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues and security incidents.

Responsibilities
Application Development:
- Lead and oversee the development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using ASP.NET.

- Utilize MS SQL Server as the backend database to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for web and mobile applications.

Database Management:
- Administer MS SQL Server databases, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

3.) Senior Manager - GS Office
Job Title: Senior Manager - GS Office
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities
- Fulfil secretarial duties, such as writing of correspondences, coordinating tasks, taking minutes, and managing files, planning of the calendar of meetings and travels.
- Prioritize and respond to all communications sent to the General Secretary's Office in a timely manner, while ensuring that all relevant information is properly escalated, documented and filed for future reference.
- Draft various legal documents

- Anticipate legal concerns from an institutional point of view

- Master’s Degree in Law.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous ex in an international organization.
- Fluent in English spoken and written is a must. Command of French or/and Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and other modern IT tools.
- Organization and prioritization: Ability to manage administrative tasks under pressure.
- Communication skills: Ability to draft, format, and review legal and communication documents in English and create communication templates.

4.) Protocol Officer
Job Title: Protocol Officer
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of Guest Relations Team Lead to be a key representative of the Guest Operations functional area to both external and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies and Protocol teams of visiting VIPs to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Enforce Protocol procedures in accordance with CAF guidelines, understanding the Order of Precedence and principles of VVIP/VIP Seating.
- Support various Protocol tasks, including creating seating arrangements and guest profiles, providing guidance on appropriate forms of address and ceremonial procedures, warmly receiving guests, and arranging exclusive experiences.
- Develop a thorough understanding of protocol requirements and daily operations at assigned venues, including familiarity with VIP areas such as drop-off and pick-up zones, ingress and egress routes, lounges, seating sections, and other potential VIP pathways.
- Familiarize with CAF's Incident Management Reporting System and the escalation hierarchy for addressing issues.
- Conduct Protocol training sessions covering specific customs, etiquette, and cultural considerations relevant to hosting dignitaries and individuals of significance, for event staff, volunteers, and service providers.

Job Title: Corporate Events Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of CAF Corporate Events, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion coordinating all event details, ensuring internal and external alignment, and managing approval processes.
- Conceptualize and develop operational concepts in collaboration with internal and external parties.
- Manage and control event budgets effectively, maximizing resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide leadership to project teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving towards shared objectives.
- Oversee event suppliers, including event agencies, to ensure alignment with event objectives and standards.
- Lead event services for all division requirements, including transport, flights, visas, accommodation, transfers, accreditation, access control, vehicle access, vehicle movements, catering, delivery schedules, and more.
- Plan and conduct site inspections, implementing corrective measures as necessary to maintain quality standards.
