1.) Accounts Receivable Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full time
Job Summary
Main Purpose:
- Timely receipt of customer payments in Sage as per the remittance advises and in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Weekly reconciliation of customer receipts and ensuring that there no unallocated receipts at the end of the month.
- Monthly circulation of account statement to Finance Manager
- Ensuring monthly reconciliation of all key customers.
- Generating weekly sales status report and Z reports that reconciles to the monthly sales
- Ensure that customer credit limit is strictly adhered and in accordance with the company policy
- Monthly preparation of customers Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports
- Maintain account receivable files customer files and records.
- Ensuring queries on receivables are addressed in a timely manner
- Ensuring that GL fully reconciles with AR sub ledger
- Assist FM in preparation of weekly and monthly customer aging reports.
- Weekly review of AR aging to ensure compliance
- Weekly cash forecasting of customer payments
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- ICO’s are completed accurately and timeously i.e. day 3 for AR. Items older than 3 months are resolved;
- Ensures that company internal control policies and procedures are being adhered to, drives process improvements throughout the company, implement Highest Priorities and Key Control changes as required by Internal Audit Report
- Liaise with external auditors, assist FM in preparation of audit requirements, participate in annual audit stock count
- Implementation of external audit recommendations
- Ensure strict adherence to the company credit policy.
- Assist in adhoc project management as and when required by the FM
Key Performance Indidcators:
- General ledger integrity - Ensuring GL is in tandem with sub ledger
- Successful implementation and adherence to internal controls and external audit and IT recommendations;
- Timely processing of vendor’s invoice
- Real time posting of customer receipts in Sage
- Effective management of AP and resolution of claims and queries;
- No discrepancies in ICO's;
- 100% reconciliation for key customers
- Accuracy and completeness of AR cash forecast
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years prior work-related experience within a busy finance department.
- FMCG experience will be added advantage
- Computer Literacy - Experience in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel Advanced a must, Outlook and PowerPoint)

2.) QHSE Manager

Job Description
- The QHSE practitioner reports to the plant manager. He / She assists the plant manager for the QHSE risk assessment and the definition of the plant HSE & quality policies.
- He / She assists other departments to take into account HSE aspects in their daily activities.
- He / she oversees the implementation and the management, at plant-level, of HSE programs designed to maintain a safe and clean work environment, strict regulatory compliance, ISO 14001 certification, and compliance with Corporate sustainability initiatives.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks
- Maintain plant-level QHSE regulatory compliance by monitoring the requirements of all interested parties (government, governmental agencies, insurance, Group …) and by assisting with the development and management of regulatory compliance programs for air, water, waste, hazardous substances, and employee safety
- Organize the job hazard evaluations and industrial hygiene surveys to assess employee health and safety risks and develop and implement appropriate improvement plans
- Perform the environmental analysis to assess environmental significant impacts and develop and implement appropriate improvement plans
- Maintain the HSE Management System, including ISO 14001 requirements
- Assist with the development and implementation of waste / energy use minimization opportunities in conjunction with manufacturing
- Define and implement a yearly HSE communication plan
- Deliver QHSE training to employees
- Actively participate in emergency planning and response, including incident investigation to ensure thorough root-cause analysis and comprehensive corrective action
- Perform regularly audits and inspections in the workshops
- Collect, analyze and track performance KPI's for continuous improvement and Corporate reporting
- Actively participate to the HSE network of the Category (annual meeting, bench-marking, expertise sharing)

- Plant-level KPI's for safety performance, risks, incidents, training, employee feedback

Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in HSE. Other relevant Degrees are acceptable depending on candidate qualifications.
- Expert knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, hands-on style
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with all levels within the organization
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office
- English: CEFR level B2 required

3.) Area Sales Representative, Key Accounts (Lagos)

Job Summary
- Responsible for the growth and effective management of the BIC & LUCKY range of products in all Modern Trade and Key Account outlets to yield (ROI).
Main Responsibilities / Tasks
- Grow in the sales volumes of the organization within the assigned customers and territories.
- Generate orders and drive prompt delivery.
- Follow-up on Receivables and Overdue Invoices, thereby improving business opportunities within the accounts.
- Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, and factory) to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure price compliance in the raising of and execution of customer order.
- Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers.
- Promotions and Activations Management.
- POSM Distribution and Management.
- Managing merchandisers and ensure they meet the required KPI’s
