1.) Project Development Engineer (Utilities & Offsites)
Location: Rivers
The Job
- The successful candidate shall assist, coordinate and lead improvement initiatives in the delivery of pre-DG3 opportunities across the utilities & offsite asset rejuvenation and growth portfolio
- To assist in developing credible solutions that take full advantage of competitive scoping methodologies with minimum disruption to existing production
The duties will include,but are not limited to the following:
- Assist, monitor and manage the delivery of improvement opportunities across the rejuvenation portfolio while ensuring technical requirements, competitive scoping and cost efficiency of the portfolio of opportunities; and minimizing disruption to on-going operations, impact on people and the environment
- Support the delivery of rejuvenation projects derived from the various disciplines master plans, by organizing technical discipline engineering analysis of viable options to arrive at engineering solutions reviewed by the Client’s Technical Authorities and Technical Advisers
- Develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps and coordinate the execution of fully integrated technical work plan and management systems for some of the opportunities, inclusive of all contributions irrespective of disciplines
- Responsible for technical deliverables of pre-D63 for assigned projects. Responsible for key project deliverables, including PCAP, Risk Register and Management Plan, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Impact Assessment, Project Schedule and Cost Estimate to support the project to Define Phase
- Delivers credible / technically sound (screening level) development concept ensuring integration of the full TECOP spectrum of risk and uncertainty into the preparation of cost, schedule and resources estimates
- Ensure follow-up actions resulting from reviews and pre-DG-3 approvals are properly closed out
- Coordinates Assurance Review Process including setting-up Peer Assists ITRs, VARs for the various project phases until DG3.

2.) Lead Portfolio Analyst

The Job
- The successful candidate shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the processes, tools and resources for the portfolio management processes throughout the portfolio funnel from Assess to Execute Phases
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for all portfolio management records keeping and archiving
- Initiates and coordinates all portfolio analysis activities (including for Project Prioritization, FTE planning, Value and Portfolio Risk Analysis) and reports accordingly to the Portfolio Manager
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the various forums / sessions for all events in the portfolio annual calendar
- Updates and ensures the accuracy of the portfolio management templates, forms, checklists etc. required for the performance of all the portfolio management activities
- Acts as the secretary to the portfolio Decision Review Board (DRB) and ensures accuracy and completeness of portfolio related submissions (including reports) to the portfolio DRB.

3.) Lead Interface Engineer
Location: Rivers
The Job
- The successful candidate would lead the process & utilities technological integration input into CAPEX (Plant and Infrastructure) projects, with the aim to maximise overall reliability, efficiency, capacity and ensure safe execution on an economically justifiable basis
- He / She shall lead the process & utilities technological support and to ensure cooperation in design, scheduling & planning, implementation and commissioning of new plant projects and Third-Party projects to achieve seamless integration and ensure they meet the Clients standards.
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure timely and pro-active technology supports for integration of projects covering Masterplans for process, utility, plot layout, product evacuation and gas supply; Reviews and audits with respect to consistency and integrity at the interfaces;
- Development studies with various SMEs for growth projects; Review, ensure and maintain quality of a critical process safety document - Process Engineering Flow Schemes (PEFS); Plant modifications related to the project interfaces prior to Management approval to ensure operational integrity of the process plant.
- Coordinate the review of all technical integration input for process and utilities projects, including quality control of deliverables, whilst meeting process technical safety assurance, to ensure the quality and technical integrity of new installations by maintaining minimum required codes; applying requisite design criteria and standards as prescribed by the DEP and best practice in the industry; and applying strategies that aim for minimum life cycle costs
- Responsible Client’s TA3 to lead and coordinate process & utilities technological support to assure the quality of in-house process technical safety risk assessments as applied by TA in the execution and quality assurance of utilities and process technical safety reviews (HAZOP, PSSR, etc.) for plant changes and third party projects integration, ESP, Al-PSM and Bow-tie development in conjunction with the other discipline TAs.
- Direct process engineering support to achieve maximum profit for the Client through evaluating energy efficiency, production capacity, and process reliability of new plant projects, expansion projects and Third-Party Projects
- Review and lead vendor documentation to ensure compliance with requisite standards, codes and regulations for integration within the project design.

- The successful candidate shall be responsible for Designing, Implementing and Managing systems for turning data into high-value, actionable insights through the delivery of state-of-the-art, scalable, enterprise data platforms, data science and analytics solutions for our company through a variety of techniques and technologies, from modelling, forecasting, transforming and enriching the data to presenting the data in a meaningful form.

The Job
- The successful candidate shall support maintenance and integrity management of Civil and Structural equipment, buildings and systems
- To provide quality assurance on Civil and Structures related jobs, to establish processes, procedures and develop local resources in all aspects related to Civil & Structural inspection control in establishing the processes and procedures.
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Set up, implement and execute a comprehensive development plan in accordance with the Civil & Structural inspection competence framework
- Support in investigation of asset failure by identifying relevant failure modes, applying appropriate inspection techniques and testing requirements
- To develop Civil & Structural Asset Integrity Strategies and Procedures for Facilities in compliance with industry and International standards

- The successful candidate shall be responsible for assuring technical integrity of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installations in non-Plant asset, development of medium & long-term strategies and for providing HVAC technical assurance on Infrastructure Projects and Simple Engineering Changes.

- Provide technical assurance and support for all new and existing non-Plant HVAC systems across the Client’s Locations.

11.) Senior Project Development Engineer - Process
Location: Rivers
The Job
- To assist, coordinate and lead improvement project development initiatives in the delivery of pre-DG3 opportunities across the process asset rejuvenation and growth portfolio.
- To assist in developing credible solutions that take full advantage of competitive scoping methodologies with minimum disruption to existing production.
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist, monitor and manage the delivery of improvement opportunities across the rejuvenation portfolio while ensuring technical requirements, competitive scoping and cost efficiency of the portfolio of opportunities; and minimizing disruption to on-going operations, impact on people and the environment
- Support the delivery of rejuvenation projects derived from the various disciplines master plans, by organizing technical discipline engineering analysis of viable options to arrive at engineering solutions reviewed by the Client’s Technical Authorities and Technical Advisers
- Develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps and coordinate the execution of fully integrated technical work plan and management systems for some of the opportunities, inclusive of all contributions irrespective of disciplines.
- Responsible for technical deliverables of pre-DG3 for assigned projects. Responsible for key project deliverables, including PCAP, Risk Register and Management Plan, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Impact Assessment, Project Schedule and Cost Estimate to support the project to Define Phase. Delivers credible/technically sound (screening level) development concept ensuring integration of the full TECOP spectrum of risk and uncertainty into the preparation of cost, schedule and resources estimates.
- Ensure follow-up actions resulting from reviews and pre-DG-3 approvals are properly closed out
- Coordinates Assurance Review Process including setting-up Peer Assists ITRs, VARs for the various project phases until DG3.
- Ensures key study deliverables and key project decisions are properly documented, signed off, and retained; Identify: PIN, cost estimate & schedule; Assess: premise document and feasibility report; Select: Project execution strategy and Basis for Design.
The Person
The right candidate should possess the following:
Education:
- A University-level degree in Chemical Engineering or other Engineering / Science discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years post-graduation experience in a combination of engineering design, construction, project management, LNG Operations and Technology assignments.
- Some understanding of Reliability Engineering will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years should have been spent in a similar position in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to interface with Engineering, Assets, Operations, Maintenance, Technology and HSE are critical.
