1.) Associate Production Geologist

Job Description
- The positions offer the opportunity to work collaboratively with a very dynamic & performance-oriented team of professionals to contribute to Hydrocarbon Maturation and Development as part of a matrix organization in Onshore & Shallow Water Offshore Assets.
- You will be part of in-country Development & Subsurface community powering progress through delivering the world's energy demand now and in the future. Note that the Development & Subsurface function aims to consistently deliver industry-leading returns across the hydrocarbon lifecycle through End-to-End Value Creation, Competitive Delivery and Best in Class Subsurface Outcomes.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following specific accountabilities:
- Quality of production technology work related to field development definition, execution of drilling, completion, workover, plug & abandonment, decommissioning & restoration activities.
- Identify and mature short-term oil/gas generation opportunities and ensure well integrity compliance
- Implement well & reservoir management activities that will safeguard or optimize the asset production potential and long-term ultimate recovery.
- Ensuring timely and integrated delivery with all other disciplines and stakeholders in the activities of the team, including Wells team, Co-Venturers, Partners and Regulators.
- Application of appropriate (new) technologies, providing production technology input to activities such as well completion, intervention, and workover activities.
- Preparing and leading execution of proposals for wells & reservoir surveillance, data interpretation and follow-up production optimisation activities.
- Delivering Design Engineering Practices (DEP) compliant H2S predictions for new wells and all well re-entry activities, including well abandonment.
- Design of completion strategy for development plans/wells and construction/updating of integrated production system models to be used for production forecasting
What we need from you?
- University Degree in Engineering or related Science with ca. 5-7 yrs experience in Integrated Gas & Upstream industry is a must
- Strong technical competence in core production technology, risks and uncertainties management, field development & execution, wells & reservoir management.
- Fully familiar with production technology technical, computing and productivity tools.
- A natural integrator with experience coordinating/participating in activities and working in large, diverse multi-disciplinary teams as well as good stakeholder management skills for interface with Co-Venturers, Partners and Regulators.

3.) Project Planning Engineer
Job Title: Project Planning Engineer

Where You Fit in?
- To contribute to delivery and maintenance of standard, consistent and realistic project plans reflecting the assessed risk parameters for HI project in FEED & Execute phase.
- Deliver and maintain consistent and realistic plans and control structures for the project. Understand the list of plans required to execute the assigned project sub-elements and their interface to other sub-elements. Develop the activities, logic, resources and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance.
- Develop, implement and comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures.
- Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including any impact from interface areas. Implement and maintain the status reports. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Project sub-element managers.
- Assess and incorporate the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and identification of alternate approaches to optimise the plan(s).
- Liase with and challenge Project Engineering personnel to ensure proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers
- Develop contract key dates, milestones and Project plan dates that align with the overall project schedule. Participate in evaluating bid schedules and reviewing contractor plans to support contract award recommendations. Develop contract sections for planning and progress reporting. Review and verify contractors reported progress and ensure that this is reflected in the project schedule.
- Contribute to the translation of the project’s risk profile into the probabilistic risk model and understand the output, including the key risk drivers for the possible range of schedule completion dates. Track the criticality of the main paths to completion and float consumption.
- Implement and utilise the standard tools and processes.
- Provide input data for and participate in benchmarking activities.
- Contribute to close-out data to enable knowledge retention (lessons learned, project data compilation) at completion of work.
- Develop and monitor Schedule Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Comfortable to work virtually with remote teams in different time zones and flexible for occasional business travel
What We Need From You?
- PMP ( project management planning) Planning Level 1 certification or equivalent
- Engineering Degree and/or Certification as a Planning Engineer or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years industry experience in planning positions. Oil and Gas preferable, low carbon solution
- Must be fully versed with Planning principles and techniques and Primavera P6.Team player with good interpersonal skills and proven track record of being self-motivated.
- Good written and oral communications.
- Able to work unsupervised and deliver results within challenging deadlines and under pressure.
- Position will be based in Lagos.
