1.) Sales Engineer (x2)
Job Title: Sales Engineer
Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
- Help customers who have problems with installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials.
- Solicit and log client feedback, evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
- Train other members of the sales team on technical aspects of the company's products and services.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in sales and the technology field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

2.) Technical Support Executive
Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Job Overview
- To provide technical support to Sales Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft quotations, datasheet and conduct trainings with team members.
- Handle customer technical complaints.
- Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot application failure
- Create standard procedure for site application in relation to product technical data sheet and best practice
- Sales Technical Support
- Responsible for product launch, product demonstration, training for consultants, applicators and other clients.
- Creation of method statement and application procedure for product and site application.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure all datasheet on our social media handles are up-to-date and correct.
Academic Qualification
- A good First Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering, Construction or similar with 1 - 3 years proven experience.

3.) Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Description
- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities
- Design and deliver technical training and continuous development initiatives.
- Closely work with sales and marketing counterparts to ensure product launch, exhibitions, and events are well supported.
- Provide product support internally and with distributors in alignment with company directions.
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
- Support and actively lead internal projects as assigned.
- Manage nominated distributors and customers with close communication and relationship to enhance service deliverables.
- Coordinate technical forums and presentations within the country.
- Establish and maintain a customer relations management database and develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, emails etc.
- Identify and convert business opportunities and achieve targeted business goals.
- Provide technical expertise, offered technology, tools, on customer’s technical –related business needs.
- Coordinate with Business Development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Background in Civil / Chemical Engineering is an added advantage
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Telemarketing / customer service
- Hands on experience with a CRM software and MS Office
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.

4.) Retail Sales Executive
Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Rivers

Job Description
- Must have good knowledge of the open market, dealers and distributors
- Good market knowledge of products
- Must be able to communicate to customers the features and range of products
- Conduct analysis of needs and expectations from markets.
- Ability to build and develop a business line in the retail markets, merchandising activities, promotions etc to create brand awareness
- Good relationship and contacts with reputable retail stores and having the ability to kick start business.
- Utilization of all forms of social media marketing
- Spreading the brand visibility in many outlets by creating new accounts for new business.
Qualifications
- HND / BSc in any discipline but a background in Sciences is an added advantage
- 2- 4years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, support and monitor the retail sales team across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria
- Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
- Coordinate promotional sales such as Road shows etc.
- In charge of retail sales activities across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.
- Execute and drive the retail strategy
- Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
- Establish network and build good rapport with new clients.
- Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
- Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
- First Degree in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field
- 6 - 10 years’ relevant work experience managing a team within the retail and FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of Retail and FMCG Industry.
