1.) Direct Sales Executive
Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for driving user adoption of our digital products ( E-wallets, cards etc.) and customer acquisition in various locations or regions, developing strategies to increase transaction product utilization
Key Responsibilities
- Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about the advantages of our product
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and individuals.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face
- Develop relationships with old and new customers/clients.
- Work strategically and carry out necessary planning in order to have a good market penetration.
- Discuss promotional strategies and activities, feedback on daily experiences, challenges and possible ways of resolving the issues.
- Familiar with the region of operation.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an ND, HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
- Minimum of 1 year as a BDE in Agency Banking firm or Direct Sales Executive in a Commercial Banks
- Previous achievement in the field sales / Business Development
- Previous achievement / results driving adoption of financial products by customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong marketing, engagement & negotiating skills

2.) POS Technician
Job Title: POS Technician
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Technician is responsible for but are not limited to providing technical support in troubleshooting, solutions to transactional errors, identifying terminal errors and recommending solutions, and managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation by working with the e-channels backing to ensure merchants' POS disputes are resolved.
Key Duties
- Supports and maintains merchants POS systems and terminals
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, hardware repairs of POS systems , backup and other maintenance tasks.
- Managing the maintenance of all the POS terminals via Terminal management system with firmware and applications upgrade.
- Provide System Administration for POS Terminal Management system
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information for the solutions.
- Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in renowned tertiary institution
- Good repairs and technical experience with POS and similar electronic devices
- Must have at least 1 year experience in POS / Terminals maintenance and repairs and technical support.
- Good communication and technical skills

3.) Senior Payment & Settlement Officer
Job Title: Senior Payment & Settlement Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Ideal professional ensures that all assigned reports are accurately and timely reconciled to show a true and fair view of processed transactions with partner organizations including banks, payment processing networks, and service providers.
- Facilitate complete and accurate processing of settlement figures for all transactions/products by ensuring that required due diligence is performed.
- Operate and monitor the critical backend payment processes that allows the organization to deliver an industry-leading payments experience to merchants, Banks and 3rd party partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation for the Products and Partner settlement and provide report to Lead, reconciliation and settlement
- Identify and resolve settlement discrepancies and outstanding.
- Identify and recoup funds from Technical Payment glitches
- Attend all queries from clients on payments and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Liaise with Bank Settlement team to ensure reconciled funds are transferred to the account
- Contribute to and maintain system standards within the Opay’s payment service
- Carry out income/fees reconciliation with Settlement banks, Acquirer processors Payment service providers, NIBSS and other clients and ensuring value is transferred to Opays account promptly
- Perform daily/weekly analysis of bill payment data: Trends, failure rates etc and extract Business Intelligence from payment data
- Ensure daily reconciliation of and correct postings into Recons template of Opay Products and other electronic channels transactions
- Verify the incoming and outgoing payment reports
- Processing Settlement to Merchants
- Resolution of Customer issues
- Daily management of our dispute management process on behalf of our merchants and acquirers across the continent
- Provide email and phone support to acquirers and merchants for any dispute related issues
- Manage the refunds process end-to-end and ensure all refunds are initiated and completed in a timely manner
- Provide email and phone support to merchants for any refund related issues
- Proactively spot glitches or bugs observed with Opay’s internal disputes or refunds tool and work with relevant product/Engineering teams to ensure they are resolved as quickly and possible
- Daily reconciliation of debits that arise from the chargebacks process and escalation to acquirers where discrepancies arise
- Regularly compile and share insights and trends gleaned during the dispute management and refunds process
Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting or related courses.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in cards/mobile/payment finance, fully integrated in all aspects of settlement and daily reconciliation process( preferably as senior settlement and reconciliation specialist)
- Detailed understanding of the operational aspects of payment cards, mobile payments and banking industry.
- Previous experience within the Reconciliation Settlement sphere.

4.) Chargeback Executive

- Resolution of Customer issues
- A thorough understanding of the card brand dispute management rules, response codes, and recommended response data. As well as an advanced knowledge of the chargeback funding process.
- Daily management of our dispute management process on behalf of our merchants and acquirers across the continent
- Provide email and phone support to acquirers and merchants for any dispute related issues
- Manage the refunds process end-to-end and ensure all refunds are initiated and completed in a timely manner
- Provide email and phone support to merchants for any refund related issues
- Proactively spot glitches or bugs observed with Opay’s internal disputes or refunds tool and work with relevant product/Engineering teams to ensure they are resolved as quickly and possible
- Daily reconciliation of debits that arise from the chargebacks process and escalation to acquirers where discrepancies arise
- Regularly compile and share insights and trends gleaned during the dispute management and refunds process
- Experience escalating chargebacks through re-presentment, arbitration and any other dispute resolution classifications
- Working knowledge of banking operations, fraudulent investigations, and regulations related to disputes.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in related courses
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in cards/mobile/payment finance, fully integrated in all aspects of settlement, Chargebacks, Arbitration, and daily reconciliation process
- Detailed understanding of the operational aspects of payment cards, Payment Gateway, international settlement, mobile payments, and banking industry
- Previous experience within a Dispute , Fintech or Banking Office environment
