1.) Corporate Sales Account Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Industry: Airline - Aviation
Job Objective
- Manage portfolios, oversee sales performances, analyze sales numbers and put sales strategies into practice to make improvements as well as achieve revenue targets via account management
Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing sales visits
- Presenting products and service offerings to the corporate clients
- Establishing new business leads and closing new accounts
- Ensuring monthly Target of sales budgets and number of new accounts are met.
- Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to broker deals and close sales
- Coordinate and close accounts of SME’s
- Work to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze tools to enhance DIY by corporates
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Track sales trends of Corporates and provide feedback on improving conversions
- Generate weekly and monthly sales report of portfolio account.
- Organize forums to build networking
- Ensure SLA’s are adhered to on the side of corporates and operations team
- Ensure invoice are sent as per SLA and track payments by corporates
Requirements

- Must have 3-5 years of job-related experience required

2.) Network Administrator
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Description
- The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the computer networks. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links
- Configure and manage security firewall, anti-virus, threat Intelligence, Intrusion Detection, & Incident Management.
- Implement and manage SSL/VPN for both cloud and on-prem
- Configuration, and manage all wireless infrastructure (Access points, SSID’s, Channel distribution, Range and connectivity)
- Configuration and installation of Cisco routers and switches
- Internet Monitoring and management
- Implement, configure and manage network monitoring tools
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems (Cabled and Wireless)
- Analyze network data to ensure optimum performance
- Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
- Maintain Network Vendor operations
- Evaluate and deploy new services and functions as needed
- Lead on network projects and participate in network infrastructure design
- Ensure internal networks have the capacity to meet business demands
- Assists System Administrator with maintenance of VOIP phone system.
- Develop and maintain Azure networks within the organization

Requirements
- Working knowledge of a wide range of datacenter technologies including: Local (LAN) and wide-area networks (WAN); NAS and/or SAN storage technologies. Firewalls, and VPN Network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, etc.
- Working knowledge of various network types, including wireless, fiber optic etc.
- Proven ability to multi-task and operate in a dynamic enterprise environment.
- Must be proficient in all aspects of IPv4 and IPv6 routing, multicast, jumbo frame configuration on all network and firewall platforms
- Network Administration (3+ years)
- Network Protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) (3+ years)
- Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Server Monitoring (3+ years)
- Troubleshooting and resolving Network/System related issues
- Must be able to produce proper network diagrams using PowerPoint, Visio, or similar applications
- Knowledge of Cisco peripheral devices (Routers and Switches)
- Knowledge of various security devices (Cyber-roam, Sophos, ASA, etc.) will be an advantage
- Possession of Cisco CCNP will be an added advantage.

3.) Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Description
- The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling all customer enquiries including but not limited to reservations and payment confirmation for all flight and non-flight products.
- Respond to all telephone inquiries regarding booking of travel reservations
- Identify products and sales opportunities that fit customers' travel needs
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
- Assist with meeting sales quotas and service objectives by cross-selling suitable Wakanow products and services
- Advise clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares
- Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients’ preferences and budget
- Create and update electronic records of clients
- Make and confirm bookings online
- Issue tickets or relevant documents
- Provide up to date advice on travel regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs
- Modify existing bookings to suit change in clients’ circumstances
- Research destinations and keep self-up to date with travel industry news
- Escalate reoccurring issues and proposing solutions to solve solutions
