1.) Process & Automation Analyst
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)

Purpose of the Job
- To provide Analytical support to Sales Management on Business Operational Processes and Incentive payment Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing and Updating process and Policies as required by the different units in S&D. KYC operations, Wholesale Channel Accounting, Sales Order processing, Trade Marketing, Channel Partner.
- Documenting Unit/departmental WOW to ensure smooth workflow.
- Initiating monthly payment process.
- Ensuring that all channel base and active partners are accounted for.
- Ensuring that complete information are generated by IT & BI.
- Ensuring that the KYC master is properly mapped to vendor type. that there is no mismatch in the amounts allocated to vendor types.
- Ensuring that all business rules are properly documented and adhered to in payments.
- Calculation and payments of KYC incentive to CP, SMF, MF, AES, SD and SROs to Deal codes & Banks.
- Calculation and payments of Channel tailing commissions & ORSC to all Channels. (CP, SMF, MF, SD, AES).
- Ensuring that there are no duplication of Deal codes across channels. (So no partner gets paid twice).
- Follow up with all payment stakeholders to ensure that monthly SLA is met.
- Communicate payments zonally & regionally.
- Interpreting business rules required for Promos.
- Ensuring proper validation of all OAFs for promos and reconciliation of accounts.
- Continuous improvements through operations automation.
- Collation of performance target and alignment to territory infrastructure as provided by regions for all frontline salesmen.
- Collation of all performance indexes (GADs, Activating Entities, CLS) from key stakeholders
- Calculating performance in line with approved management matrix
- Designing Info-path databases and tables to enable easy and seamless sharing and access of performance by Salesmen
- Data Collection and input for Market Developers payments
- Preparation of MD fixed and variable pay
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND or its equivalent
- MBA optional
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing in Telco or FMCG

- To win, maintain and expand relationships with assigned Channel partners based on geography, channel or market with the responsibility for achieving sales, profitability and partner recruitment objectives.

- Technical Lead, Mobile Financial Services (MFS) is a solution architecture/project management role responsible for delivery and support of applications, tools, and utilities to support the Airtel MFS operation and commercial initiatives.

4.) Optical Fiber Transport Design Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Full-time
Purpose of the Job
- This function is responsible for conducting fiber optic detailed network design for intercity National, metro IPRAN , last mile fiber-based networks or Fiber to the Home projects(FTTH) to sites and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of the highest quality of optical fibre network.
- Ensure resilient fibre network architecture.
- Ensure proper traffic dimensioning and capacity management on the Fibre network (Intercity/Metro).

5.) BISP Network Engineer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Purpose of the Job
- The role will be charged with providing support to the Head, Network Security in ensuring Network Security in line with the Bharti Information System Policy (BISP) relating to Networks.

6.) New Product Assurance Analyst
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Purpose of the Job
- The role holder will ensure efficient integration of new and modified Voice, SMS, Data. VAS and Financial Services products / tariffs / promos / services onto the Billing system / Network with 100% revenue assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Assurance on all Voice, SMS, Data and Financial Services Products / services / Tariffs:
- Ensure RA / Quality Assurance testing of new Voice, SMS, Data and Financial Services products / services / Tariffs / Promos for 100% revenue assurance.
- Review new Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services, identify process gap and report for action.
- Ensure all areas/issues raised at product concept review is captured in the final approval document and tested during service roll out UAT.
- To prepare and conduct ATP (acceptance test plan) in conjunction with software/application developer or vendor
- Escalate and follow up on identified revenue impacting issue for resolution.
Risk Analysis on Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services:
- Identify all conflicting business rules of all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services
- Prepare risk analysis document on all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services
- Inform all stakeholders and Product owners of identified risk.
Change Control Management:
- Prepare Test cases of all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services / Products / Tariffs / Promos for Implementers
- Prepare User Acceptance Test Document for all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and Financial Services products / tariff / promos
- Coordinate and participant in end-to-end UAT tests before roll out of all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS and Financial Services / Products / Tariffs / Promos

- To ensure all Voice, SMS, Data, VAS, and financial services tariffs configured on the billing system are in line with management's approval and bills 100 % accurate.
- Ensures regulatory compliance on all new products before launch.
- Escalate issues found contrary to approval to appropriate authority and follow through for correction.
Resolution / management of escalation on all Voice, SMS, Data. VAS and Financial Services / Products / Tariffs / Promos:
- Ensure all escalations around Voice, SMS, Data, VAS and Financial Services (from Fraud management, technical teams) are treated and dispatched and generate incident report as required.
- Coordinate immediate UAT on reported Voice, SMS, Data and financial services cases to confirm status of issue and escalate to respective unit for resolution / sealing off loopholes (where necessary).

Education & Experience
- First Degree in a related discipline
- A professional qualification in CISA and a Master's Degree would be desirable.
