1.) Station Manager, Retail Outlet (x8)

 

Locations: Duste Alhaji (Abuja); Ibadan, Oyo; Lekki II, Oniru, Lagos; Upper Siluko Rd, Egba, Edo; and Agbor, Ozoro Delta

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitors and evaluates station operational and marketing results, develops interventions to promote business development and growth.
  • Complies and analyses sales records
  • Coordinates both the sale of white products, lubricants at the stations and liaising with the marketing team to ensure patronage is high in line with budgets and projections.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper university Degree (B.Sc) and HND Upper Credit in a Social Science, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • Honesty, Commitment, Hardworking and self-motivation.

2.) Account Executive

 

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Account Executive is responsible for preparing financial reports and maintaining all records relating to assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenditure, payments, verifying accounts payable and receivable, and other financial activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handles all general accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger administration (by updating the accounting application with transactions as they occur), preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, and bank reconciliation.
  • Validation of transactions and verification of their impact on the accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate periodic closure of accounts (monthly/yearly), and submission of reports to the Finance Manager as per reporting timelines.
  • Ensure accounts receivable and payable activities (especially with depots and commercial sales) are performed accurately and timely.
  • Documents and updates record of all fixed assets to ensure assets are correctly valued accounted for, and safeguarded
  • Computes direct expenses as well as proper booking of all expenses
  • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial-related issues.
  • Prepare and coordinate Financial Audit.
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up of all audit observations and recommendations.
  • Computes and remits various deductibles e.g., Pension funds, PAYE
  • Prepares periodic financial reports and other financial documents as required
  • Proper and complete documentation and filing/storing for easy retrieval of all accounting-related documents.
  • Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions
  • Perform other duties as required by the Head, financial accounts, and the Direct Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline( minimum of 2:1)
  • Relevant professional certification e.g. Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) is an advantage
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in the Finance/ Treasury/ Accounts function in a similar organization.

3.) Depot Representative (x3)

 

Locations: Benin - Edo, Warri - Delta and Makurdi - Benue

Job Summary

  • Responsible for effective logistics coordination and all operational activities in the depots.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect and plan economic means of distribution of orders to retail outlets and commercial customers.
  • Receive and action on all Product Supply Authorization (PSA) orders.
  • Ensure efficiency in tracking, documenting, and reporting the distribution of orders
  • Check any unauthorized product supply Invoice/SMR to customers from the Depot
  • Assist the National Operations manager to prepare monthly returns to Head Office.
  • Supervise and ensure effective coordination of business activities at the depots.
  • Ensure efficient and equitable allocation of products to the company from the depot.
  • Ensure all trucks used for transportation meet specified standards.
  • Manage relationships with the depots and tanker representatives at the depots.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management on the product.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Social Science or related field, or a Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Professional certification will be added advantage
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a related role
  • In-depth understanding of Oil and Gas industry standards and policies
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good customer focus
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good Numeracy skills
  • Good Microsoft skills.

4.) Operations Executive (x2)

 

Locations: Free Trade Zone, Lagos and Calabar, Cross River

Job Summary

  • Participating in the day-to-day running of Depot operations activities in and facilitating the sales of petroleum products e.g. PMS, AGO, DPK to customers who require them in bulk quantity (Industrial buyers, spot buyers etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Facilitates the Loading and Ullaging of products at the depots
  • Collects the chart of every truck to be ullaged, and compares it with the ullage figures to establish the quantity loaded
  • Periodically escorts the truck to the destination and makes sure the customer does an ullage and sees the discharge
  • Attends to any issues that may arise at the depots either with the owners or external stakeholders
  • Prepares reports on daily operations and stock movement
  • Notifies the various agencies on vessel arrival
  • Ensures all the equipment required for operations is in place
  • Implements HSE policies in the daily operations and reports any shortage in equipment to the manager
  • Performs stock count through dipping and reports any shortages
  • Proactively engages with the external community, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders concerning Rainoil Operations.

Requirement
