1.) Technology Deployment Manager - PFM

 

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

The Job

  • Implement and monitor technological innovative programs and extend innovation/development to farmers by providing training and guidance to farmers on how to achieve the best yield from Topfeeds products in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for monitoring the activities/journey plan of the Technology Deployment Officer in the assigned region through adequate supervision of programs which supports B2B of Topfeeds products.
  • Provide Technical support to the sales team in the assigned region by swiftly responding to farm emergencies, and actively participating in Go-To-Market (GTM) and other knowledge sharing sessions to improve the loyalty of farmers/customers to Topfeeds products.
  • Manage the technological interface between management and customers/farmers by collecting and collating data and reports from the field and reporting the same to management for effective decision making.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary or related field.

Experience:

  • 8 years of cognate experience in Food, Feed and FMCG.

The Person Must:

  • Must be results-oriented and take pride in achieving targets despite unexpected challenges

  • Must have good technical and managerial skills.

2.) Business Analyst

 

Location: Nigeria

The Job

  • Support the Group Business Transformation Team with quantitative and qualitative analytics and insights for the entire group to allow management to identify critical areas of intervention, opportunities, and trends with a view of radically improving our processes and systems, elevating our project selection and management capabilities, and driving continues improvement with regards to efficiency and productivity in all activities.
  • Quantify and demonstrate the expected economic and broader impact of various transformative projects and initiatives
  • Assist the Business Transformation Director with change management and project management
  • Build awareness and enhance alignment on transformation initiatives across the Group
  • Interact efficiently with peers and senior members of staff to get a first-hand understanding of issues and opportunities.
  • Source and process large amount of data into comprehensive and actionable analytics.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Research, Organisational Behaviour, Mathematics or Accounting.
  • A master’s degree in any of the above or related fields and/or an MBA would be a plus.
  • Project management qualifications would be a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of Cognate Experience.

3.) HSE Officer

 

Location: Nigeria

Purpose of the Job

  • To further FMN PLC’s commitment to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance by facilitating adherence to health safety and environment objectives and compliance with local regulatory requirements, to prevent injury and maintain a safe working environment.

The Job

  • Design, implement and communicate HSE management system to meet OHSAS ISO 45001: 2018 requirement and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
  • Prioritize and provide advice in a timely manner on OHSAS 18001 standards.
  • Develop programs and plans to achieve OHS objectives.
  • Develop, implement, execute management strategies to prevent workplace injuries, and environmental incidences and achieve the annual target set by management for HSE performance.
  • Supervise the plant’s Health, Safety, and Environment program and Facilitate internal audits of the safety management systems.
  • Promote HSE practice to ensure staff compliance with health, environmental, and safety rules and regulations.
  • Review all safety rules on a regular basis and, where necessary, recommend suitable changes.
  • Investigate all accidents and damage to Plant property, identify root causes and recommend actions to prevent re-occurrence

  • B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related course.
  • Occupational Health & Safety qualification (HSE level 3) is an added advantage
  • NEBOSH Certificate, Membership of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria ISPON will be a plus.

  • 5 years of cognate experience in FMCG or Oil & Gas industry.

The person must:

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4.) Corporate Finance Manager

 

Location: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

  • Generate ideas and opportunities for raising funds including specialized financing for the businesses.
  • Conduct relevant financial analysis on the Group, compare with competition, and draw appropriate and compelling conclusions.
  • Execute daily transactions (preparation, valuation, documentation and closing), prospects and pitches targeting potential financing partners.
  • Work closely with Business Development department to determine the appropriate financing options based on unique business models.

5.) Assistant Tax Manager

 

Location: Nigeria

The Purpose

  • We are looking for an Assistant Tax Manager who is responsible for assisting the Tax Manager in specific areas of tax reporting, tax compliance and implementation of tax plans for the FMN Group.

The Job

  • Carry out tax risk reviews and ensure action points are implemented.
  • Ensure major contracts are structured appropriately for tax efficiency.
  • Ensure effective management of tax audits.
  • Ensure all tax queries and correspondences are responded to, and appropriate steps are taken to avoid penalties due to non-compliance.
  • Reviewing transfer pricing documentation and returns for compliance purposes.
  • Preparation of tax forecasts and quarterly tax provisions.
  • Reviewing intercompany arrangements for compliance with arm’s length principle.
  • Providing tax support and recommendations on business arrangements and investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree B.Sc in Finance or Accounting.

6.) Tax Manager - Finance

 

Location: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

  • Review and reconcile general ledger entries for tax implications; provide corrective and improvement measures accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance, timely filing and remittance of all taxes and levies (such as Expatriate PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, ET, business premises levy, development levy, etc.) within government time frame.
  • Manage relationship with tax authorities and consultants and supervise all tax audits.
  • Provide comprehensive report on every tax audit exercise and give regular status update on tax cases, remittances, levies, fees, payments to agents and consultants.
  • Provide innovative tax management, planning, and tax-savings strategies, backed with statistical data and/or analysis.
    Be abreast with all tax regulations and new promulgation / enactments and advise finance management accordingly.
  • Provide advisory support to Food Division and Business Units on tax matters as may be required.
  • Apply a holistic approach to determine impact to various taxes and ensure that tax position is optimized.
  • Review contracts for commercial and regulatory compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure all tax queries and correspondences are responded to, and appropriate steps are taken to avoid penalties due to non-compliance.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Professional Certification is required e.g, ICAN, ACCA

Experience:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience in a similar role.
  • Consulting or FMCG background from a multinational is an added advantage.

The Person Must:

  • Be proactive and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Have problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Be comfortable with at least 50% travel on the job.
