3.) Farm Production Manager
Job Title: Farm Production Manager
Location: Iyana-Offa, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement policies, procedures, and practices for the operation of crop production and ensure compliance.
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, tillers, etc.).
- Data collection and record-keeping skills, maintain time and production records.
- Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including planting dates, harvesting yields, and input usage.
- Oversee the post-harvest handling/storing of crops.
- Train workers in work procedures, safety policies, and the use of machinery and tools.
- Implement pest control and disease prevention measures where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field preferred.
- 3 - 5 years provenexperience in farming, cassava cultivationand other a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in farm supervision.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle physical farm activities when required

Job Description
- We are in need of a Project manager who is grounded in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
- Preferred candidate should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
Requirements& Skills
- HND / BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or other related fields
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the Agriculture sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction, building and metal fabrication
- Ability to use CAD to actualize ideas and architectural designs, experience with horticultural management is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.

5.) Executive Assistant
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Old Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational, multi-task ability and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

- Discretion and confidentiality.
