1.) Pharmacologist

Job Title: Pharmacologist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently attend to customer needs and requests on the shop floor, adhering to the standards outlined by The Mopheth Experience.
  • Assist the pharmacist in their duties.
  • Provide adequate patient counseling according to The Mopheth Experience standards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of store products, including their locations, fast-moving items, and slow sellers. Note customer requests for unstocked items and promptly inform the branch head or assistant branch head.
  • Manage store inventory, including verifying non-drug items upon receipt and signing receiving vouchers.
  • Report inaccuracies in received products promptly to the branch head or assistant branch head.
  • Exhibit a professional approach in attending to patients, understanding their conditions, and recommending appropriate medications.
  • Monitor inventory expiration dates and report close-dated products promptly to the branch head or assistant branch head for immediate action.
  • Participate in mandatory stock-taking, even outside regular work hours.
  • Ensure shelves and products are properly cleaned and arranged according to shelf appeal rules.
  • Supervise cleaners, merchandisers, and security personnel to ensure tasks are performed excellently.
  • Accurately prescribe and dispense medications, ensuring correct dosages.
  • Conduct health checks such as blood pressure and cholesterol monitoring when needed.
  • Record out-of-stock products for all departments within the store and meet submission deadlines.
  • Sell at least 10 supplements per day and submit daily sales reports.
  • Report all store activities of importance and relevance promptly to the branch head or assistant branch head.
  • Supervise shop attendants to ensure they complete their regular tasks and any additional assigned tasks.
  • Complete sales transactions and ensure the POS, direct deposits, and cash amounts are balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Minimize refund/exchange situations by following the sales process, and report any such occurrences immediately to the branch head.
  • Deliver two branch presentations per week on topics assigned by the branch head or assistant branch head and participate in clinical meeting presentations as informed by the clinical meeting coordinator.
  • Complete tasks and assignments set by the branch head and assistant branch head.
  • Responsible for weekly requisitions of store needs, such as cleaning materials, stationery, nylons, and print rolls.
  • Attend all weekly clinical meetings as attendance is mandatory.
  • Adhere to organizational rules and policies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Physical Skills:

Job Title: Rider

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to organizational rules and policies.
  • Safely and efficiently deliver pharmaceutical products and other products to customers, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Verify the accuracy of each order before leaving the store, ensuring that all items are correctly loaded for delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers regarding delivery status, any delays, or issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency, considering traffic conditions and delivery priorities.

3.) Pharmacist

Job Title: Pharmacist

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient counseling and attend to customer requests, adhering to organizational rules and policies.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of stocked products, identifying fast-moving items and slow sellers.
  • Report unstocked products requested by customers promptly to the branch head or assistant branch head.
  • Oversee store inventory, cross-check non-drug items, and report discrepancies. Moreover, you will be available for stock-taking, even outside your regular work schedule.
  • Professionally attend to patients, understand their conditions, and recommend medications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Pharm

  • Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.

  • Discipline - level of discipline displayed on the job.

Store Responsibility:

  • Measures if the store is always clean and properly arranged during the shift and at handover.
  • If there are no issues on the shift and how promptly issues are handled and reported to the appropriate head.
  • Also measures how staff manages / maintains all company’s property and prevents deterioration/damage.
  • Ability to properly confirm items, be vigilant about stock, report discrepancies promptly and efficiently write out of stock. How well the cleaners are being managed and supervised.

Problem solving:

  • Critical thinking skills - ability to proffer solution to issues that may arise
  • Observation - how observant is the individual to the happenings in the store.
  • Product knowledge - knowledge of the products we have in stock and location in the store.

Relationship:

  • Customer relationship - measures customers' reviews. Positive reviews, no reviews or negative reviews (complaints) from customers show if a staff is meeting up to the Mopheth experience standards.
  • Staff relationship- relationship with co-workers and managerial staff.

Sales Performance:

  • Total sales revenue generated.
  • Number of supplements sold per day.
  • Sales growth percentage compared to previous periods.

Inventory Management:

  • Accuracy of inventory records (e.g., percentage of discrepancies).
  • Inventory turnover rate (how quickly products are sold and replaced).
  • Percentage of out-of-stock incidents.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Time spent on stock-taking versus targets.
  • Efficiency in handling customer inquiries or requests.

  • Candidates should possess a BSc / MSc Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
