1.) Female, Learning & Development Manager
Job Title: Female, Learning & Development Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives that enhance employee performance and align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- With a proven track record in L&D and at least 5 years of experience in this role, the successful candidate will drive talent development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with thebusiness goals and objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments and design tailored learning programs to bridge skill gaps.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
- Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate and track learning progress.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning programs with performance objectives and customer service excellence.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, ROI analysis, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with L&D best practices, trends, and technologies to enhance learning delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development within the organization.
- Manage budgets and resources for L&D programs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
- Minimum of 6years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs and using LMS or other e-learning tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to measure and analyze the impact of training programs on business performance.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with modern L&D practices and tools, including blended learning approaches.
- Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Salary
N800,000 - N1,00,000 / month.

- The Executive Driver must exhibit excellent judgment, with an emphasis on prioritizing the safety and privacy of their passengers.
Executive Driver Job Duties
- Safely transport executives to and from various locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and ensure it is well-maintained, scheduling regular service appointments to avoid breakdowns.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic and weather conditions, to ensure the fastest and safest journey.
- Provide privacy and confidentiality, ensuring that all conversations within the vehicle remain private.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring careful handling of sensitive materials.
- Responding to changes in schedules or routes with flexibility and efficiency.
- Handle minor vehicle emergencies, such as changing a flat tire or addressing engine issues, until professional service can be obtained.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
