Role
- Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance
- Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the Products they manage, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Leverage the Studio framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements to focus Products
- Drive a user-centric culture of data driven, test and learn experimentation, continuously assessing and enhancing the Product user experience. Partner with Delivery and Servicing teams (GCC, CTS, Biz Ops) to ensure that Products are easy to deploy and deliver a great experience during operation
- Demonstrate depth of knowledge of their Product and the ecosystem in which it operates (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive environment). Apply this knowledge to the development of winning Product strategies
- Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard's broader Product offering and the ability to leverage Products from other business areas to augment Product capabilities
- Drive the delivery of key product enhancements and partner with Guild members to deliver (e.g. CX&D, Product Management – Technical)
- Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and manage any barriers or obstacles to deliver capabilities on time and budget in partnership with the Product Management-Technical Guild.
- Leverage data to quickly identify Product performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Use data-driven analysis to prioritize resources to deliver against the plan
- Ensure that the broader Mastercard organization is enabled to sell focus Products by creating compelling communications & marketing content in partnership with Marketing
- Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives
- Partner with the Guilds to create and share best practices within the Program with a focus on driving continuous improvement in the Program’s operating model
- Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents) across the Studio framework
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences

About You
- Product management experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in new innovative product development and management, client facing consulting and technology.
- Strong understanding of the emerging technologies, merchant needs and prevailing business models.
- Strong focus on consumer experience coupled with very strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Passion for the customer.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior executives with ease. Ability to understand their requirements, build out plans and deliver on those.
- Sensitivity for multi-cultural, diverse background.
- Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at the global/regional or local level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, manage creative resources.
- Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations.

3.) Partner, Data Architect

The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Data Management, the Data Architect will support designing, executing, and managing the Foundation’s data architecture in alignment with the Digital and Data Information Technology’s (DDIT) strategic goals and data governance standards.
- This role will help define the Foundation’s data architecture and enterprise data strategy within the newly established Data and Analytics function.
- As part of a small, agile team, the Data Architect will develop tailored approaches to address unique business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the Foundation’s 2030 vision.
Ways You can Contribute
- Support the Data Governance and Processing team in defining and implementing data quality metrics and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Foundation, including Programs and Impact Functions, to ensure consistent and effective data management practices across all departments and programs.
- Work with IT and data teams to implement and maintain a data architecture that supports governance objectives, including data integration, metadata management, and data lineage tracking.
- Assist the Head of Enterprise Data Management in defining a scalable, fit-for-purpose Data Architecture strategy aligned with the Foundation’s core objectives.
- Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to co-create solutions that meet stakeholder needs across the Foundation.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role.
- Experience designing and implementing data architectures for enterprise environments, particularly building capabilities within an immature organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in database design, data modelling, and data management technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data warehousing, data lakes).

4.) Partner, Data Engineer
Job Title: Partner, Data Engineer

The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Data Management, the Data Engineer will build, maintain, and support data pipelines and storage solutions to deliver secure, reliable, and organized data for the Foundation, its Partners and Participants.
- You will play a key role in establishing new data capabilities for the Foundation and its Partners as part of a newly established Data and Analytics function. Collaborating with the wider Digital and Data Information Technology (DDIT) function, the Data Engineer will contribute to the Foundation’s recognition of its 2030 strategy by unlocking enhanced impact by providing data-driven insights.
Ways You Can Contribute
- Design and build systems and pipelines for ingesting, integrating, and analyzing data at scale across the Foundation. Support Data Scientists with cleaning, validating and enriching data to deliver high-quality data for analysis.
- Design, develop and manage databases, data warehouses, and data lakes, leveraging best practice knowledge and prioritizing reliability, security and ease of use.
- Design and implement data models to support system interoperability and BI and analytics requirements, working closely with Data Architects to develop and maintain architecture in accordance with core Data Architecture principles and Data Scientists to enable analytics use cases, ensuring efficient and reliable data flows across Foundation platforms. Support implementation of process automation where appropriate to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with the wider Data and Analytics team to drive ongoing improvement efforts to data pipelines and storage, fine tuning existing solutions to deliver advanced functionality and security for to the Foundation and its’ Partners and Participants while minimizing solution cost.
- Collect and integrate data from diverse sources, across DDIT, the wider Foundation and its’ Partners.

- Support the Data Governance and Processing team to provide regular reports on data system performance and data quality to key stakeholders within the DDIT and wider Foundation.
- Maintain data management standards, promoting best practice ways of working related to data across the Foundation and its’ Partners to enhance data security and reliability.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 years' experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a related role.
- Comprehensive understanding of data pipeline development and data modeling principles.
- Comfortable developing and maintaining data pipelines using programming languages like Python and SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Familiarity/experience with cloud-based data warehousing and platform technologies (e.g. SQL server, Microsoft Azure DW/Data Lake, AWS Redshift, etc.) and their data services.
- Comfortable working flexibly and taking on a range of responsibilities to support their team.
