1.) Graduate Sales Trainee (x4)

Job Description
- This Sales Trainee program offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to kick-start their career in Sales and develop into future leaders within our organization.
- The Medical Sales traineewill undergo comprehensive training and be responsible for promoting LifeBankproducts to hospitals. She / he will build market positionsby identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales. S/he will work to retain and grow the client base of the company, foster client relationships and develop new opportunities for LifeBank'sproducts and services.
Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers
- Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule in assigned territory
- Prepare and follow up on territorial sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure Proper Coverage as per the planned Frequency per customer segment.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Provide daily call reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
- Regularly follow up with active and signed hospitals to ensure they are using the app and placing orders
- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
- Stay informed about the activities of health services in assigned particular area.

Requirements
- BS.c in Biological and Medical Sciences, Sales and Marketing, Business Management or any other related fields.

2.) Sales Manager

Job Description
- The Sales Managerwill be responsible for driving the growth of LifeBank's products and services by engaging with potential clients in hospitals, healthcare institutions, and relevant sectors.
- The Sales Agent’s primary responsibility is to identify, acquire, and build long-term relationships with customers, while also meeting individual and team sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for healthcare and a strong ability to communicate LifeBank's services effectively to potential clients.
Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Account Management:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored LifeBank solutions that address their specific challenges in blood, oxygen, Equipment and Consumables Supply.
- Close sales by negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring mutual agreement on service delivery and pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Targets & Performance Tracking:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals by driving revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, including lead conversion, meetings held, and deals closed, in alignment with sales objectives.

- The customer service agent is the first line of contact for LifeBank customers.
- The role will handle incoming and outgoing calls, customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee call center operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete bi-weekly vendor reconciliations within 24 hours.
- Regularly review and enforce compliance with the unit’s SOPs.
- Prepare weekly schedules for CSAs.
- Conduct QA reviews on all calls received during the week.
