1.) Maintenance Diagnostics Expert
Job Title: Maintenance Diagnostics Expert
Location: Orile Coker, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Perform electronic diagnostics on buses, trucks, and other fleet vehicles using standard tools/software.
- Interpret diagnostic results and generate reports for the maintenance and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle diagnostics, repair, recommendations, and fault logs.
- Support the export or transmission of diagnostic data to relevant departments or vendors.
- Ensure all diagnostic equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Work closely with maintenance supervisors to schedule timely repairs.
- Track trends in vehicle faults and suggest preventive maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and documentation requirements for vehicle inspections.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in vehicle diagnostics, preferably with a large fleet.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools like Launch, Bosch, Autel, etc.
- Good knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with export documentation or transmission of vehicle-related data is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Job Description
- Supervise and support customer service representatives across all terminals or offices.
- Ensure all customers' queries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and training to improve performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer service metrics (response time, satisfaction, etc.).
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

3.) Finance Supervisor
Job Title: Finance Supervisor

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- ·Develop and manage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with departmental heads.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial statutory requirements (e.g., VAT, PAYE, and income tax).
- Oversee internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations and record keeping.
