1.) Financial Reporting Manager
Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Job type: Full-time
Purpose of the Job
- To produce high-quality and accurate financial accounting reports for the Group and its Subsidiaries.
The Job
- Coordinate the production and completion of Statutory Accounts and validate the financial statements of the subsidiaries.
- Prepare statutory quarterly accounts for the Company and the Group to the regulators; Security and Exchange Commission and Nigerian Stock Exchange.
- Assess technical accounting applications at corporations and subsidiaries and evaluate the degree of compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Review of financial reports and accounting systems to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Design processes and controls that will support IFRS within the Group.
- Liaise with the Tax unit on tax queries and information requested by regulatory agencies.
- Managing the performance and development of the financial reporting team.
- Be a key business partner to both Investor Relations and Group Strategic Planning & Performance team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND related discipline.
- Professional qualification or certification in ICAN and ACCA.
The Person must:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
- Assertive and confident interpersonal skills.
- Possess critical thinking with good attention to details, information and people management skills.

2.) Accountant
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job
- Oversee and manage the general ledger function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements.
The Job
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Supervise and review all entries flowing into the general ledger.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Supervise month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing, enabling prompt reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quarterly financial reports, providing adequate support for Group Consolidation
- Perform Monthly balance sheet reconciliations with adequate and clean schedules.
- Strengthen internal controls, reducing the risk of financial errors and fraud.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification or certification in ICAN and ACCA.
- Must have Five (5) years of cognate experience in the FMCG industry.
The Person must:
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have good analytical & problem- solving skills.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

3.) Accountant (Payroll)
Job Title: Accountant (Payroll)

Job Purpose
- Monitoring and ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare timely preparation and payment of all salaries, loan, advances, severance pay and statutory payments.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll, including tax withholding, benefits, and payroll deductions.
- Ensure timely collation of necessary input from HR departments and accurate recording of payroll.
- Attend to staff complaints, queries and inquiries, providing necessary guidance to ensure quick resolution.
- Provide necessary schedules and information to internal and external auditors and supply payroll schedules to other entities
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

4.) Packaging Machine Operator
Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- To operate packing machine and ensure compliance with quality specifications while meeting and achieving the set targeted output.
Responsibilities
- Optimize packing from Rovema , Alto pack and Buhler machines .
- Document packing and loading operations adequately.
- Operate packing machine according to SOP for optimal productivity.
- Maintain standard parameters for operation of packing machine.
- Ensure the availability of packing materials in the right quantity, and quality, and at the right time to avoid any delay in packing operations.
- Supervise the hygiene and housekeeping of the packing sections.
- Attend to minor machine breakdown.
- Facilitate planned maintenance.
- Ensure good quality sewing of bags according to specifications.
- Ensure good manufacturing practice and housekeeping.
Requirements
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
- OND in Engineering or science related discipline will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience.
