1.) Accountant (x2)
Job Title: Accountant
Locations: Onitsha - Anambra and Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- To help make critical financial decision by collecting, tracking and correcting the Company’s finances through financial audits, reconciling bank statement and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
Job Description
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Supervising monthly stock taking activities.
- Monthly end of month stock reconciliations of raw materials, finished goods, work in progress and their adjustments.
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Computing taxes such as VAT, withholding tax etc.
- Development of product costing and costing templates periodically.
- General oversight function on the activities of Account Department.
- Monthly Bank statement Reconciliation
- Preparation, adjustment and passing of end of the month journals
- Preparation of monthly Financial Statement of Accounts
- Maintenance and Reconciliation of vendor’s (supplier’s) accounts.
Qualification & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Accounting with 5 years & above experience as an Accountant.
- ICAN/ACA certification is an added advantage.

2.) Cashier
Job Title: Cashier
Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The Cashier shall have the primary responsibility of handling customer purchasing and payments while facilitating a good interaction/relationship with the customer.
- The ideal candidate shall be responsible for processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts.
- The cashier will be entrusted with the key responsibilities of complementing the customer by evaluating the customer’s purchases, and handling the customers’ payments while making the process as enjoyable and least stressful as possible.
Specific Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving branch budgeted sales and profit targets.
- Collecting payments for products either in cash or credit.
- Maintain clean and tidy of the checkout stations and other equipment.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer
- Deposit cash received to the bank
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate record of inventory sent to the station.
- Resolving customers’ complaints.
- Have proper knowledge of all companies’ products and prices.
- Processing various forms of tender e.g. cash, debit cards, presented by the customer as means of payment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Marketing / Economics or any relevant field with 2 years experience.

3.) Internal Auditor
Job Title: Internal Auditor
Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Perform the full audit cycle including risk and control management concerning operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with Company and statutory regulations.
- Conduct Internal Control evaluation and risk assessments to identify loopholes and areas requiring management intervention to prevent fraud, embezzlement, misappropriation, misuse, and wastage
- Conduct Audit tests and investigations as designed by the Senior Internal Auditor.
- Prepares and submits monthly Internal Audit Reports to the Audit Committee for review.
- Ensure Complete Closure of Agreed Audit Committee Corrective Action Points.
- Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures.
- Carry out periodic inventory counts for all sections of the Crew operations.
- Evaluate the means of safeguarding company assets and as appropriate, verifies the existence of such assets.
- Review of all non-cash payables, including suppliers, payroll, taxation, and other payables.
- Verify all items supplied before they are taken into storage for subsequent use.
- Review Hired Assets’ time sheets and Line workers’ time sheets.
- Verify all PPE issues and Check compliance with HSE rules for Workers.
- External Verifications and Effective Market Price Surveys
- Carry out any other Ad-hoc Functions as required by the Audit Committee.
Requirements
- Minimum of University Degree or an HND in Accounting or other related discipline.
- Professional Certifications such as; ACA, and ACCA will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven record as an Internal Auditor, coupled with experience in Sage accounts package.
- High level of integrity and demonstrable professionalism.
- Knowledge of auditing and legal standards within an upstream Oil/Gas company would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills in a fast-paced environment combined with sound independent judgment.
- Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office

4.) Project Manager

- As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful completion of our manufacturing, engineering and construction projects.
- Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a strong focus on meeting project goals within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- You will work closely with stakeholders, coordinate resources, and ensure that all project activities align with the company’s objectives and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages all project activities from engineering stage up to Site Integration works including procurement, contracting, fabrication and testing in accordance with project technical and quality requirement as well as budget and planning
- Directs and supervises the project team, ensuring that it works to its best potential to meet the stated requirements.
- Ensures safe working practices are carried out within the project team and the various contractors at all stages and in particular observance of the Company HSE policy, rules and procedures.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of the Project Execution Plan, schedule, cost estimate, and budget for each project.
- Collaborate with various COMPANY stakeholders (FO, Maintenance, C&P, Logistics) to ensure proper interface management regarding scope of work consolidation, contracting strategy, site activities, estimate, budget, etc., for each project.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, C&P, subcontractors) to communicate project requirements and ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead project execution from start to finish, overseeing quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Track expenses, review budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Enforce compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
- Perform regular quality checks and resolve issues proactively to maintain high standards.
- Document and report on quality metrics and safety incidents.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and present project reports, including performance metrics, financial summaries, and milestone achievements.
- Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and reports.
- Prepare comprehensive project closeout documents and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Manage documentation of project adjustments, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage and resolve conflicts or challenges that may impact project delivery.
- Assist with staff training, project scheduling, and other duties as required to support project success.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Minimum Qualification: University Degree in an Engineering discipline withover 10 years’ experience in industrial facilities projects management in particularly for oil and gas production.
- Experience: Exposure to medium or large-scale brownfield or Greenfield Projects in an international environment. International extractive energy industries as well as Electrical and Instrumentation background (ICSS, Telecom) is a plus.
- Management: High standards of teamwork, technical rigor, communication, and organization. Ability to work under pressure and stressful conditions. HSE consciousness, able to coordinate all related interfaces. Practical sense, autonomous, rigorous
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft word, Excel and database management software (e.g. MS Project, MS Access) is an added advantage.
