1.) IT Lead / Manager
Job Title: IT Lead / Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Software Maintenance and Development:
- Leverage Node.js with Express to build scalable and efficient web application
- Understanding of python and javascript in web development and server side
- Understanding of frappe architecture (can learn on the job)
- Maintain existing websites and implement new features
IT Infrastructure:
- Laptop Provisioning and inventory management
- Network device management
- Ensure IT device compliance to all IT policies
IT Security & Structure:
- Ensure access control on all company applications and tools
- Ensure proper asset assignment and Role base access control
- Coordinate IT policy compliance checks and awareness training
- Manage MS365 administration and policy governance
Graphic and Media:
- Work with the team to ensure curated designs delivered promptly
- Work with other HODs to curate content calendar and ensure the team adheres to it
Team Leadership:
- Lead and direct software developers in carrying out their task
- Carry out code reviews and repository review to ensure clean git branches
- Curate reports on different IT activities
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc, B.Tech or HND
- Can learn some on the job, others - prior credible experience needed.
- 2-5 years of development experience using any of the listed frameworks above
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Able to work well in a team setting
- Ability to manage product deployment
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Environment.
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural pattern
- Ability to effectively lead a team

2.) NYSC Accountant
Job Title: NYSC Accountant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Key Objectives as Support Role
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain compliance with cooperative financial regulations and accounting standards.
Core Responsibilities
General Ledger Management:
- Record and post journal entries for all financial transactions.
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Reconciliations:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements with ledger entries.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Compliance & Controls:
- Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Familiarity with inventory systems, insurance accounting, and event budgeting
- Must be a graduate Accountant
- Must have at least 10 months remaining in their NYSC program
- Must be serving in Lagos State.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting
- Ability to learn GL reconciliation processes
- Ability to learn advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial modelling)
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

3.) Accounts Officer
Job Title: Accounts Officer

Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of an Accounts Officer who will work seamlessly with a team and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, data entry, reconciling general ledger accounts, and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and compliant with accounting standards.
- The accountant plays a key role in supporting financial reporting, audits, and internal controls within the Credit Society.
Key Objectives
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.

- Maintain compliance with cooperative financial regulations and accounting standards.
