1.) Manufacturing Systems Manager

Job Purpose
- The key purpose of this role is to ensure compliance to control and be accountable for the management and execution of the Control and Automation function within the brewery.
- The incumbent will ensure strategic alignment to the manufacturing systems strategy as defined by ABI automation standards and practices.
Key Outputs and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding of the associated control systems. (Brew house, Cellars, Filtration, Packaging, Raw materials brewing/Packaging) and provide expertise to the line teams
- Ensure application of the GOPs (Maintenance, Extended maintenance, Electrical Systems, Control & Automation, Reverse Engineering) and create sustainable improvement in focused GOP scores in Control and Automation.
- Ensure security of site automation infrastructure
- Ensure compliance to calibration schedule across the plant
- Optimise production processes
- Demonstrate your support with fault-finding on the following systems (MES integration with Batch exchanger and BTE logs, incoming/outgoing message tables, PaQT agent logs)
- Manage control panel protocol (Cabinet/panel/rack/wiring labelling and drawings, 5 "S" practices, component configuration/programming/operation standards, ventilation & cooling)
- Implement the Plant 's strategic plan for control and automation. (Consistency across plant, technical documentation, visualization & and diagnostics for operating areas, flow of material and control information, network architecture compliance to standard)

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant course
- Minimum of 5 years experience in:
- Automation
- Networks and servers
- Microsoft server software
- Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).
- PLC systems
- Manufacturing processes
- S88 batch control standard
- Field instrumentation and networks
- SCADA systems

2.) Brewing Process Artisan

Job Purpose
- The key purpose of this role is to operate, maintain, repair, and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality.
Key Outputs and Responsibilities
- Operate machine and equipment
- Optimize production performance and process
- Maintain, repair, and optimize plant and associated devises
- Maintain safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment
- Work in teams.
- React to the results using the VPO tools supplied
- Actively participate in shift meetings, asking questions to test understanding and contributing suggestions.
- Making use of the action logs to record issues, problems, and improvement opportunities.
- Fully understand the team Dream and contribute to achieving it.
- Complete required hand over to incoming shift team members, ensuring the issues relating to plant performance, quality and maintenance are communicated
Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related course.
- 2-3 Years’ experience in Brewing/FMCG environment
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications i.e. (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

3.) Laboratory Technician

Job Purpose
- The key purpose of this role is to define, develop and implement optimal brewery wide quality standards and work practices to ensure compliance to packaging processes, food safety standards and product specifications
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Carry out specialized and highly specialized quality analyses for which the shift-based teams are not responsible.
- Record the results of analyses on appropriate information systems and communicate results where required.
- Conduct analysis of results to identify problems and improvement opportunities timeously.
- Assist the shift-based teams in the execution of quality analysis, where required.
- Conduct calibration of specialist equipment for which the labs are responsible and provide calibration assistance to the shift-based teams where required
- Conduct required and requested quality audits, completing the appropriate documentation and communicating the results.
- Review quality analysis procedures of shift-based teams, identifying problems or training needs and communicating these to the team leader.
- Conduct regular audits of calibration procedures of shift-based production teams and communicating results.
- Conduct audits of analytic procedures to ensure compliance with COT guidelines, and identifying corrective actions required.
- Where required, initiate corrective actions coming out of the quality audits in areas that impact the laboratory.
- Support the shift-based production teams in problem solving, providing specialist assistance and techniques.
- Coach, mentor and assist shift-based production teams on problem solving and correct use of problem-solving technique
