Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Airtel Young Leadership Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must possess a graduate degree in Social Science, Art or Engineering with 0-3 years of post NYSC experience.
• Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
• Applicants must be smart, result oriented and self driven.
• Must demonstrate good academic credentials.

Application Procedures

Interested applicants for the Airtel Young Leadership Program 2022/23 are to complete an online form and submit same by the application deadline. Applicants are encouraged to provide accurate information as incorrect information may lead to disqualification.
