We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) LPG Plant Cashier
Job Title: LPG Plant Cashier
Location: Ogwashi-uku, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the petty cash inflow and outflow, receiving and verifying payments as well as maintaining accurate records/books on transactions, lodgements, and petty cash expenses.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the availability of funds to meet day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies.
- Maintain records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment.
- Process expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances.
- Create and maintain records of cash requests and disbursements.
- Reconcile all received cash with expenses, which have been recorded in the petty cash book.
- Process payment for accounts and issue receipts.
- Keep records of amounts received and paid, and regularly checks the cash balance against this record.
- Collects money from the bank for safekeeping before reimbursements
- File all documents concerning cash payment and collection
- Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits, retirement deadlines, etc.
- Retire the various imprest accounts.
- Preparedaily and weekly Sales Collections and Expense Reports for review by the Plant Supervisor and Accounts Officer (Treasury).
Person Specification
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting.
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in the Finance/ Treasury / Accounts function in a similar organization.

3.) Lubricant Sales Executive (x4)
Job Title: Lubricant Sales Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- To manage the sales of lubricants to distributors & industrial customers to grow the lubricants sales business profitability.
- To sell Rainoil’s Lubricant products from the various outlets and stations to customers as well as develop and implement initiatives for customer growth and increase in market share.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify potential clients & new business opportunities within the assigned territory and present lubricant products to clients, highlighting their benefits and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients while providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and applications of Rainoil lubricants, educate clients about the technical aspects of Rainoil lubricants, and deliver a profit story.
- Ensure market awareness, keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and report the same.
- Carry out trainings for all Lube Customer Service Attendants.
- Create awareness for the availability of Lube products to both current and prospective customers.
- Ensure that receipts are obtained for each customer's payments.
- Ascertain daily pricing of the products from the Head, Lubricant sales.
- Attend to all orders or requests for products promptly.
- Collect cash or electronic payments from customers to the tune of the exact quantity sold based on the prevailing price per quantity.
- Monitor stock levels and escalate to the Head, Bulk Sales if there is a need for replenishment.
- Transfer cash from sales proceeds to the cashier for count and recording.
- Prepare Monthly sales reports of the Lubricants for review by the Head.
- Participate in all business growth projects and initiatives to add to Rainoil’s customer base.
Person Specification
- A minimum of a B.Sc / HND in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering related discipline is required.
- Minimum of one(1) year relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales unit of an organization preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales and Marketing Skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
