1.) Assistant Human Resources Manager
Job Title: Assistant Human Resources Manager
Location: Ogijo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 5 - 8 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.

2.) Human Resources Manager
Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Ogijo, Ogun

Description
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Requirements

Job Description

- Drawing a yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly plan to achieve KPI.
- Advising the management on how best to push the brand and drive sales while taking the driver’s seat to make it happen

Job Title: Business / Laison Manager

Responsibilities
- Understands the rudiment of running your business in Nigeria
- Help the company with difficult issues the company is facing with all government regulations and financial regulation
- Have the government resources and FCCPC resources, CRC service, OTP vendor resources, and also have some polices relationship
- Responsible for establishing, consolidating and maintaining relationships with partners according to market strategies.
- Develop contracts as required, and sign contracts with commercial customers to ensure the realization of the company's business objectives.
- Organized the collection, analysis and regular reporting of industry business information.
- Solve business conflicts with partners and maintain good relations.
- Through the analysis of business data of partners, found cooperation problems and proposed solutions.
- Monitored the quick and accurate implementation of cooperation rules, fed back abnormal situations, and provided supplementary and modified suggestions on cooperation rules according to the actual situation of daily operation.
Requirement
- The ideal candidate should be someone that have or currently working in a Loan company with similar experience would be added advantage.
Remuneration
N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
