1.) Driver's Trainer
Job Title: Driver's Trainer
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct driving skill test for recruitment and declare drivers/riders fit when they are truly fit to work
- Organize time to time training for the drivers/riders in the region.
- Supervise accident scene, protect the company’s image, represent the company well and providing accurate report on accidents supervision.
- Ensure the good use of the Vehicle checklist for all vehicles as instructed.
- Be the front man to attend to driver’s on-the-road challenges such as vehicle fault, law enforcement agencies, ETC
- Double as a quality control officer in the workshop before vehicle are handed over to drivers to avoid accident
- Evaluate every accident or vehicle damage to give a proper report to the management.
- Be a bridge between the drivers and the transport/logistics managers.
- Develop responsible attitudes of safe vehicle operation in the drivers.
- Create a working Database for all Drivers/Riders in the Region.
- And much more depending on the region's challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in similar role.
- Knowledge of fleet management will be an added advantage.
- Driving Experience and License (Ability to Drive Manual and Automatic Transmission).
- Good knowledge of the vehicle, Repair and Maintenance.
- Good understanding of the Engine System and its operation.
- Ability to impart knowledge & has Integrity.
- Good attitude to work/ challenges and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literacy, Good Communication, and presentation skill.

2.) Quality Assurance Officer
Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Description
- To manage quality assurance for one of the brands under a leading FMCG Group while bringing a high level of efficiency and maintaining maximum effectiveness.
Job Functions / Detailing
- Plays leading role in conducting and coordinating microbiology testing within the Quality Laboratory.
- Align with all system/production team at the Procurement warehouse in North and the Factory facility to protect product quality and integrity through creation and implementation of requirements, processes and procedures.
- Maintains consistency with company’s continuous improvement processes. And utilizes process metrics to anticipate potential problems and recognize existing problems that could affect product’s safety and quality.
- Assures that all process related documentations are managed. Documentations like original process, development files, process deviation files and regulatory process filing files for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science and/or Microbiology discipline.
- Five(5) years and above experience across multiple package food platforms preferably spices and seasoning ingredients.

3.) Van Sales Representative
Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Job Objective
- Execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and deliver the monthly and annual sales targets.
Core Deliverables
- Deliver the monthly sales targets.
- Achieve availability of our products in wholesale and retail outlets that is at the same level of our main competitors.
- Identify, create, and execute opportunities with distributor/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out.
Other Job Functions
- Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with his/her sales manager.
- Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with distributor/customers.
- Monitor distributors’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the distributor reach their monthly targets.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve his/her monthly target.
- Onboard new customers, both, in wholesale and retail within designated territory
- Perform daily reconciliation of distributor's stocks sold through redistribution.
- Monitor and report activities of beverage competitors (trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products, etc.).
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of National Diploma.
- Sales experience preferably in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in executing “Steps of the Call” and in building strong relationships with customers.
- Information tracking, analysis and preparing for presentation.
- Good communication Skills and must be goal drive
- Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence
- Ability to use smartphone and tech-savvy.
Job-Specific Requirements:
- Applicants must possess valid drivers' license andLASDRI.
