1.) UX Researcher
Location: Lagos

Overview
- We are looking for a curious and empathetic UX Researcher to join our product team.
- In this role, you will work with team members across the product, engineering and support teams to build features that solve the problems of our customers.
- You will be responsible for ensuring empathy is built into the product.
- Your work will inform our roadmap and product strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary user research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Perform market and ethnographic research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Perform usability studies with consumers.
- Ask questions, gather, and analyze data.
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field
- 2 - 3 years related experience. This might include design research, UX research, market research, applied sciences, journalism, and others.
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Familiarity with a wide range of qualitative research methodologies such as one-on-one interviews, ethnographic field research, usability testing (lab and remote), heuristic evaluations, card sorting, surveys, etc
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
- A natural curiosity for people and how they think
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- Experience with remote testing tools
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
Nice To Haves:
- Experience navigating design tools like Figma
- A great eye for design
- Knowledge of and interest in technology and financial services; prior experience working in fintech or digital payments a plus.

2.) Product Owner - Investment (Fractional Shares)
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Role Overview & Purpose
- In this role, you will direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
- In addition to this, you will be required to prioritize and assess work for our technical team, this will include gathering feature requests as well as scheduling releases and coordinating sprints.
- To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver who is able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
- Ultimately, you’ll help us roll-out products that deliver our company’s vision.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
- Groom and prioritize backlog
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Set sprint goals
- Write acceptance tests
- Plan releases and upgrades
- Determine, Project and Analyse commercial viability of the product.
- Continuous improvement in the product to ensure adoption by new users and increase the stickiness of the product.
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users
- Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
- Keep track of industry trends.
Requirements
- B.Sc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the Investments industry.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
- Background in software development and program management is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills to ensure you are able to work with cross functional teams to achieve results.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus.

3.) Motion Designer
Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
- Working with the Graphic and Marketing teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
- Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Organized and can prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
