- Under the overall supervision of the Head of the sub-Office, direct supervision of the Rapid Response Fund (RFF) Grant Project Manager, and working in close coordination with the Shelter/NFI unit, the incumbent will be responsible to carry out implementing partner support activities according to IOM Rules and Regulations.
Core Functions / Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to SNFI Implementing Partners and monitor their activities to assure that they meet the Shelter/NFI/CCCM Sector and SPHERE Standards, from planning to post-implementation stages.
- Provide technical support in reviewing designs and Bills of Quantities for emergency shelters.
- Provide technical support to the SNFI Implementing Partners regarding needs assessments, market assessments for shelter materials and non-food items, as well as Quality Control processes to ensure items meet required specifications.
- Provide technical support in drafting information materials about good emergency shelter construction and maintenance.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify if SNFI projects are progressing as reported and as per the agreed project proposal narrative, indicators, and work plan.
- Visit potential SNFI Implementing Partners and participate in the evaluation of their programmatic knowledge and reporting mechanisms according to the project's checklists.
- Participate in the assessment of potential SNFI Implementing Partners to determine their ability to carry out project activities before sub-grants are awarded.
- Draft regular monitoring reports on SNFI sub-grantee activities and achievements to feed into both IOMs internal and external situation reports.
- Keep track and provide reports on any challenges and delays by implementing partners in the field.
- Attend Shelter/NFI/CCCM Sector meetings and prepare minutes of meetings where needed.
- Assist in facilitating photo and video documentation of active SNFI projects for improved reporting and visibility.
- Follow up on donor visibility and adherence to donor policies.
- Accompany the RRF Project Manager, donor, and/or other interested visitors to project sites, providing inputs on progress and overall context.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of architecture/engineering in the construction industry and/or humanitarian response.
- Experience in the humanitarian Shelter and NFI sector is desirable.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively and persuasively present information in a variety of settings and formats.
- Familiar with quality control systems.
- Knowledge of local construction techniques and materials, with knowledge of humanitarian shelter designs an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
- Versatile in the use of design-related software (e.g. AutoCAD) and ability to prepare schedules/bills of quantities and cost estimates.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- University Degree/Certificate or bachelor’s degree in a profession related to WASH
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical) Geophysics, Hydrogeology, Geology, or Public Health, with sound knowledge of water, sanitation, and hygiene principles for humanitarian assistance, and relevant training attained
Experience:
- Practical experience in the field of humanitarian work with a good understanding of USAID-funded programs and other UN Partners;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience (three years for University Degree holders) in the implementation of water, sanitation, and hygiene-related projects preferably in the Humanitarian Field.
Skills:
- Technical skills in qualitative and quantitative evaluation and managing heavy data;

Context
- Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission and in coordination with the Programme Development Coordinator, Programme Support Officer, the Head of Sub-offices and in collaboration with the Regional Media and Communications Officer in RO Dakar and the Head of the Media and Communications Unit in Geneva, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, coordinating and ensuring the implementation of communications, public information (PI) and media-related activities and strategies to promote an accurate narrative on migration in the media, among the UN and other IOM key partners as well as the general public.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science with a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience
- A valid license to practice nursing in Nigeria.
Experience:
- Excellent technical skills, including in phlebotomy.
- Training or working experience in the areas of tuberculosis management, immunizations, mental health, communicable diseases, laboratory testing or public health is an advantage.
- Previous work experience in international organizations or UN Agency would be an advantage.
Languages:

- Provide support to MHPSS/protection implementing partners to strengthen their timely and quality response to MHPSS and protection concerns.
- Support implementing partners to utilize global standards and guidelines (MHPSS, protection, PSEA, GBV IASC guidelines) for the implementation of their projects.
- Provide partners with technical support in project implementation i.e. with regards to capacity building, service mapping, community-based PSS activities, material assistance, and outreach activities.
- Support the MHPSS/protection partners in the development of training and training materials, as well as outreach materials, used in the overall project.
- Participate in field visits to all the sites of implementing partners' operations to provide technical support, assess the progress of the partner programming and identify gaps.

Education:

- Under the direct supervision of the program manager and technical guidance of the Livelihood Programme Manager, the Project Assistant will assist in implementing, monitoring, and coordinating Cash Based Assistant implementing partners’ logistical, administrative, and financial aspects of CBI programs.
Core Functions / Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point and liaise with a relevant implementing partner (IP) in Nigeria Office on logistical, administrative, and financial matters in support of CBI Programme/Project activities and ensure that all procedures are coordinated within Mission.
- Assist in process and following up on the financial aspect of the program/project, covering initial verifications of related documents/invoices, obtaining necessary approval/clearance, initiating payment requests to Finance unit, following up on administrative actions, and ensuring all relevant matters are timely and efficiently processed and paid.
- Keep track of the operational cash advances and coordinate with Finance and Procurement Unit to ensure a timely process. Work and follow up on the procurement plan to guide the CBI procurement processes (where applicable)
- Provide adequate support in the preparation of Purchase Requests (PR) along with necessary follow-ups. Maintain close cooperation with all partners, applying quality control to all aspects of the various projects’ implementation, ensuring maximum donor/partner visibility. Maintain coordination with and record-keeping of the service providers, their documents, contracts, renewal of contracts, and timely payment.
- Assist in procurement and logistical arrangements of equipment/supplies/services for the program activities in coordination with relevant units and in compliance with IOM procedures. This includes: collecting/compiling necessary documentation for tenders (scope of works, specifications, request for quotations, and checking); Follow up on the procurement process and documentation; Step by step from the acquisition stage, system inputs, up to the delivery of goods/services, and release of payment.
- Ensure all documents related to CBIs are complete, archived, in order, and updated for filing. Do the routine monthly checking of the completeness of pipeline documents filing which covers pipeline requests, assessment reports, distribution reports, waybill and packing lists, PRF, PO, Sample test reports, withdrawal requests, SRFs, and other related documents.
- Set up and maintain internal database, and filing system, store and manage data and information relevant to the scope of program/project activities.
- Assist the manager in compiling and filing project documentation, including financial documents, donor reports, etc. Assist in implementing project/program activities, including organizing meetings, workshops, training, conferences, etc.
- Coordinate cash disbursement to entitled payees related to project activities, ensuring that payment is made only against proper authorized documents/vouchers and file-related means of verification.
- Perform any other general administrative duties assigned by the managers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
