1.) IT Governance Specialist

 

purpose

• To define and implement and monitor and audit standards and policies and procedures for the effective management of IT governance that deliver value and mitigate risks whilst maintaining a customer centric approach

responsibilities

• Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
• Manage the governance and planning and risk management functions and ensures appropriate policies and controls are in place for effective service delivery
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions

Qualification Required & Experience

experience and qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant Diploma
• Preferred Qualification - Relevant Degree
• Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level
• Additional Knowledge - Knowledge of IT functions at CIO Office level

3.) Ghana IT Test Analyst

 

purpose

• To create and update technical test scripts to run automated testing to prevent errors or defects in the live system, maintain existing scripts and debug results of automated testing

responsibilities

• Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
• Develop techinical test scripts
• Document testing project activities
• Ensure test analysis is conducted aligned to quality assurance standards
• Comply with corporate governance according to Information Technology governance models for automation
• Manage automated scripting
• Investigate defects and the route cause of the defects
• Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
• Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
• Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum Qualification - Information Technology related certification or diploma in testing or automation
• Preferred Qualification - Information Technology related Degree and/or relevant certification including ISEB/ISTQB Certification; TMap Next Engineer; ISTQB Advanced Analyst
• Experience - 2 to 3 years related IT experience

purpose

• To protect and grow the FNB market share within the agricultural market segment

responsibilities

• Achieve net profit growth for Group

• Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the sales strategy

• Ensure compliance with audit requirements

• Additional Knowledge - Must be FAIS compliant
