1.) Chief of Party
Position Summary
The Chief of Party will have overall responsibility for the USAID Ghana Accelerating Social and Behavior Change project. He/She will serve as institutional liaison to USAID and the Ghana Health Service and will be responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure successful implementation of the project and for providing general program and technical direction as well as completion of required reports.
Manage the development of and monitors work plans and budgets; ensure appropriate levels of technical assistance in program operations; coordinates partner efforts in program implementation; ensure appropriate program monitoring and reporting.
Serve as the project’s representative to USAID/Ghana, the Ministry of Health, Ghana Health Service, other donors and institutions, technical agencies and other participating organizations as required.
Work closely with partners and key stakeholders in ensuring alignment between health communication strategies and needs of regional and district health management teams, health care workers and clients

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of a master’s degree in public health, communication, social sciences, international development, or a related field.
- Senior project management experience with at least 10 years in the implementation and management of international complex health and SBC projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership position involving the administration of similarly sized international donor supported programs with skills in strategic planning, management, supervision and budgeting required.
- Proven ability to communicate a common vision among diverse partners and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams is desired. Must have a proven track record of building teams and fostering collaboration.

2.) Private Sector Engagement Specialist
Position Summary
The Private Sector Engagement Specialist will be a member of the project team and work with regional and local NGO partners, Ghana Health Service, non-governmental organizations, community organizations, USAID, and others to achieve the successful implementation of the project.
He/ She will develops and implements private sector engagement strategies and approaches to mobilize resources and support for positive health behaviors from the private sector in alignment with the project’s goal of increasing the uptake of key health behaviors.
Build a solid online presence brand across multiple social media platforms by developing appropriate content for various channels to ensure high levels of measurable engagement with diverse audience. Coordinate live social media broadcast of events, create content for social media (micro videos-Instagram) etc.
Regularly monitor developments across social media and its use in stakeholder engagement and advise on use and set up of new channels as appropriate.
Contribute to the sharing of best practices in digital media communication by mentoring staff and facilitating learning sessions with key staff

Minimum Requirements:
- University degree (Master’s degree preferred) in communication, social science, behavioral change communication, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in private sector engagement and managing branding/marketing communication or health advocacy projects or campaigns in Ghana.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art public relations, private sector engagement, marketing, social and behavior change communication models and strategies and their practical application.
- Technical knowledge of one or more of the health topic areas (MNCH, FP, malaria, WASH, nutrition, Covid-19) is desirable.

3.) Technical Advisor I
Project Summary
SHARE is a five-year, multi-country CAD$36.69M program funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC). Designed as a gender-transformative, human-rights progressive sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) program, SHARE’s ultimate outcome is to increase the enjoyment of health-related human rights by adolescent girls and young women in Ghana, Mozambique and Uganda.
Position Summary
The TAI will lead and implement SHARE project activities in Ghana ensuring high-quality results and strong communication with FHI 360 HQ staff and consortium partners. The TAI will work with the SHARE country teams to implement and monitor project initiatives, collaborating across consortium partners. S/he will be tasked with adapting global training materials and providing technical assistance to local community-based organizations to meet the project objectives. Technical assistance will be focused on provision of adolescentcentered and gender-responsive health information and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides technical leadership in AYSRH service delivery and research utilization for SHARE.
- Leads the design, adaptation, development, planning, and implementation of innovative technical strategies, in collaboration with consortium partners.
- With technical oversight, provide technical leadership in design, development, planning, implementation; and capacity- building of specific technical components of projects
- Ensures technical implementation is consistent with best practices in AYSRH and meet client / funder contractual obligations.
- Supports coordination of FHI 360-led research activities under the project and lead the country-level research utilization activities, working closely with FHI 360 HQ research and research utilization staff.
- Helps in the development and review of annual SHARE work plans.
- Drafts financial and technical reports.

Minimum Qualification
- Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health Education, Behavioral/ Social Sciences, Human Development or related field. Extensive adolescent sexual and reproductive health experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in technical implementation of large projects and/or programs.
- Documented experience providing technical assistance, capacity building and business development in AYSRH and/or reproductive/sexual health.
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization.
