1.) I.T Technician
Job Description
• We are searching for a detail-oriented, dependable technician to join our growing team.
• The technician's responsibilities include monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
• You should collaborate with other professionals and be able to make useful recommendations wherever possible.
• To be successful as a technician, you should demonstrate strong self-discipline and a passion for technology.
• Outstanding technicians possess sound knowledge of their trade and superb active listening skills.
Qualification Required & Experience
• High school diploma.
• A relevant degree, certification, or license may be required.
• Experience as a technician.
• A driver's license.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

2.) Accounts Officer
Responsibilities
• Approval of all payment vouchers in conformity with appropriate budget line and cost code
• Signing and compiling payments vouchers and submit same to Head of Finance & Accounts / Chief Finance Officer / Managing Director for further processing.
• Ensures the authorization of the disbursement of petty cash
• Ensures the relevant postings in the books of account within the “Accounting Software” package.
• Preparation of pre-bank reconciliations to ensure that what is recorded in the software is the same as what is signed and processed by the cheque signatories.
• Ensures the documentation of all financial transactions by entering all financial information
• Ensures daily cash and cheques lodgments at bank
• Prepares daily closing balances of cash and cheque collections
• Prepares daily summary of payments
• Initiate payment processes under the guidance of the Finance / Accounts Manager
• Collection of debts that are due to the company at all times
Qualification Required & Experience
• Prepares monthly payroll of the company subject to the authorization of the HOFA/ CFO
• Preparation of pre-bank reconciliations to ensure that what is recorded in the software is the same as what is signed and processed by the cheque signatories.
• Ensures the documentation of all financial transactions by entering all financial information
• Ensures daily cash and cheques lodgments at bank
• Prepares daily closing balances of cash and cheque collections

3.) Operations Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Oversee efficiency of operational processes
• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs
• Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on department performance
• Supervise and train employees
• Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation
Qualification Required & Experience
• A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
• Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of operational principles and policies
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team leadership
Location: Tema
