  • This role acts as a leader for technical projects for external customers and Product Lines, and coordinates communication between clients, Product Lines and the RTS region team.
  • This role will manage technical work for Reservoir Engineering, at various scales from wellbore into field-level, taking responsibility for timely provision of high-quality deliverables, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities
As Reservoir Engineering Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Provides Reservoir Engineering analysis and simulation using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques to provide Best-In-Class solutions for the client. May also use awareness or experience across other disciplines to contribute to projects.
  • Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
  • Provides routine client follow-up and project delivery. Leads and coordinates technical input to client proposals.
  • Project manages, peer reviews and participates in single discipline and integrated projects. Writes and presents industry papers and publications.
  • Recognized as a region level contact to the customer for a product/service or set of products/services.

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 6 additional years of experience in Geoservices.
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Reservoir Engineering topics and ability to speak with clients about Reservoir Engineering applications.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Reservoir Simulation & Geomodeling software such as JewelSuite, CMG, tNavigator, Petrel, etc.
  • Working experience in multiple regional petroleum basins/provinces and understand their geological settings and reservoir complexities.
  • Good knowledge of Baker Hughes tools and services.
  • Familiar with workflows for demonstrating value of Baker Hughes products, in particular ICD modelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
