1.) Stock Operator / Account Officer (Port Harcourt)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Monitoring stocks/products movement from the company to the customers through the use of accounting software;
- Issuing sales invoices and receipts to the customers;
- Ensuring that inputs on the invoices match with customer’s orders as well as the payments made on such orders;
- Recording and tracking stock levels;
- Maintaining stock records;
- Sending reports on daily basis to the held office;
- Carrying out other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by hisdirect supervisor.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Accounting from a recognized University / Polytechnic;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in stock / inventory management in manufacturing companies;
- Membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Must be residing or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt.

Job Description
- Perform preventive maintenance on All electrical components at the slaughter house
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and overhaul electromechanical equipment, using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools and equipment.
- Perform high voltage switching and operate emergency generators in support of operations.
- Maintain tools, order, and track inventory for repairs. Maintain logs, document equipment repairs, adhere to daily work plan, track time, and communicate daily with the Head of Engineering.
- Test circuits and replace or install new power, lights, electronic and control circuits
- Perform a wide variety of functions such as installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for generating, distributing, and utilizing electrical power.
- Comply with Sayed Farms policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workspace.
- Perform all work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Perform other duties as may be requested by management from time to time.
Requirments
- ND / HND / B.Engr and other related qualifications in disciplines related to the advertised position.
- Minimum 6 years cognate experience.

4.) Chief Accountant (Male / Female)

Job Description
- Ensure Accurate and timely closing of the books and ensure efficient reporting processes (monthly/quarterly/Annually).
- Analyze business and financial data, in an accurate, relevant and timely manner, in order to map the performance, trends and various potential forecasts of the company,
- Ensure that financial reporting is in accordance with IFRS and The Way We Do Things,
- Continue to integrate, adapt and develop the financial organization to fulfil the Sayed Farms financial and organizational standards,
- Safeguard assets of the company through accounts reconciliations, impairment assessments of assets and liabilities and managing verification exercises of fixed assets, cash and stock periodically.
- Ensure strict compliance with various tax and other statutory requirements, rules and regulations including transfer pricing.
- Well-grounded in Accounting and Finance functions (credit management, Revenue accounting, assets management, inventories, receivables, taxes etc.),
- Ensure adherence and compliance with company policies and procedures (The Way We Do Things)
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. Accounting from recognized Universities;
- Minimum of10 years cognate experience preferably from manufacturing industries;
- Membership of Professional Body such as FCA, ACAis a MUST;
- Working knowledge of Tax laws and GAAP;
- Strong financial analysis skills;
- Ability to handle all transactions and postings, daily JV checking etc.;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particular with excel;
- Knowledge of accounting software is a MUST;
- Ability to train and supervise accounting team;
