1.) Manager, Financial Planning - Management Reporting
Location: Golden Plaza, Lagos

Core Purpose of The Job
- Prepare, analyze, review and report MTNN financial and operational performance to Management and Stakeholders.
Job Summary
- To prepare, analyze, review and report MTNN financial and operational performance to Management and Stakeholders.
- Ensure less than 5% customer churn on managed accounts.
- Constant analysis of Managed customer database for Revenue and Debt management
- Work with product, UAT and support teams to validate new products, new systems and upgrades.
Job Description
- Generate relevant reports as required by the business.
- Ensure QA and prompt invoice delivery.
- Ensure resolution of ALL service provisioning and sales support PPPs items.
- Review new and existing customer service contracts to identify and escalate clauses with negative impact on customer support and relationship management.
- Perform Service fulfilments for Enterprise customers (i.e. SIM Swaps, Migrations, etc.)
- Provide technical, procedural and policy guidance to customer support partner and other operational staff and supervise Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
Job Condition:
- Normal MTNN working conditions.
Minimum Qualification
- BA, B.Ed, B.Sc or Other
Experience & Training:
- 6 - 13 years’ experience which includes:
- Ensure QA and prompt invoice delivery.
- Ensure resolution of ALL service provisioning and sales support PPPs items.

2.) Senior Manager, Tax

Core Purpose of the Job
- To coordinate and report on all tax accounting, compliance, planning, advisory and risk management functions in MTN Nigeria.
- This will entail internal and external stakeholder engagements with a view to achieving the MTNN’s corporate objective of being a responsible corporate entity and maximizing shareholders’ returns.
Job Summary
- Proactively manage and engage relevant tax authorities.
- Gather new tax legislation/rules and assess impact of proposed and actual changes in tax law on the company.
- Identify and manage tax risks across MTN Nigeria and provide guidance to the Board and MTN Group on potential up or downside. (Tax risk facilitator per Group nomenclature)
- Define and implement MTNN’s tax strategy.
- Represent MTNN before various tax bodies for audits, advocacy, escalations, etc. and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Liaising with the MTN Group Tax for all tax planning and efficiencies that can be brought to the MTN Nigeria business.
- Ensure compliance with new and old tax laws and accounting standards as they relate to all tax areas.
- Provide advisory services and liaise with relevant divisions on tax compliance and accounting matters.
- Negotiate tax agreements within acceptable company guidelines.
- Resolving tax queries with relevant authorities.

Minimum Qualification
- B.A, B.Ed, B.Sc or Other.
Experience & Training:
- 9 - 17 years’ work experience in tax administration including;
- Manager track record of 3 years or more; with at least 3 years in a public limited liability entity
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
- Experience in tax.
- Telecoms industry experience will be an advantage.

3.) Account Partner - Strategic
Location: Lagos
Department: Enterprise Solutions
Core Purpose of the Job
- To provide professional account management inputs to the creation and maintenance of Enterprise Business sales strategy and plan that will deliver shareholder value.
- To direct enterprise sales efforts for allocated corporate accounts within the framework of agreed account development plans which meet operational targets for revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Job Summary
- Increase MTN market share by achieving set target through effective account management, acquisition of new accounts as well as development and maintenance of current accounts.
- Seek new clients and create more business opportunities daily, from existing clients to Increase company revenue.
- Carry full responsibility for the fulfillment of the sales process – from lead generation to bill delivery.
- Prepare and present all sales and contractual documentation to the customer compliant to the MTN standards.
- Perform continuous analysis of the relevant industry, to identify new prospects or opportunities for the corporate sales department.
- Maintain excellent partnership-relationships with customers, up to C-level, based on trust and an in-depth understanding of the customers’ business.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s operating environment, business drivers, ambitions, issues, problems, and stumbling blocks to be able to develop and implement solutions to meet their strategic corporate needs.
- Assist customers in understanding the value proposition and differentiations of the MTN data products and services.
- Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.

Experience & Training
- 3 - 7 years’ experience in consultative selling within a telecommunications company
- Experience of selling into enterprise or corporate accounts such as banks or FMCG.
- Knowledge of large account Management
- Exposure to strategic planning

4.) Customer Support Partner
Location: Lagos
Department: Enterprise Business Unit
Core purpose of the Job
- Ensure top quality customer support in all areas of key account management.
Job Summary
- Ensure less than 5% customer churn on managed accounts.
- Constant analysis of Managed customer database for Revenue and Debt management.
- Ensure 98% collection of all invoices as at when due.
- Generate relevant reports as required by the business.
- Ensure quality assurance and prompt invoice delivery.
- Ensure end-to-end account management for Enterprise customers.
- Pro-active analysis of all support systems (charging, billing, etc.), as well as enterprise products with a view to identifying customers pain points and resolving issues before escalation.
- Liaise with support teams (within and outside enterprise solutions) in order to resolve any customer identified issue.
- Perform Service fulfilments for Enterprise customers (i.e. SIM Swaps, Migrations, etc.).
- Foster active collaboration and relationships with employees across all levels and divisions in line with MTN’s Vital Behaviors and values.
Job Condition:

Experience & Training
- 3 - 7 years working experience in an area of specialisation.
- Experience working in a medium organization.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry in a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service environment in the telecommunications industry.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and MS Word.
Minimum Qualification
- BA, BEng, BTech, BSc or Other.
