1.) Head of Security
Job Description
Will be in charge of security of all assets, human resources and others, including the following:
• Inspecting duty posts to ensure security of Judges/staff and assets of the Judicial Service
• Initiating disciplinary procedures against staff of the security Unit
• Gathering intelligence for appropriate preventive measures
• Identifying threats/hazards and quickly taking appropriate actions based on available facts
• Taking preventive action against illegal activities at the courthouses and judges residencies
• Identifying potential security problems and introducing solutions
• Managing the Hybrid Security System
• Liaising with state security agencies for support to respond to emergency security situations within the judicial service
• Investigating security and safety incidents at workplaces
• Enforcing safety regulations, including traffic management, fire extinguishing, Emergency Evaluation, Crowd Control Management, Fire Policies and standard operating procedures, access control and perimeter protection
• Training security personnel of the security unit
• Monitoring Electronic Security System
• Training security personnel of the Security Unit
• Monitoring Electronic security System
• Formulating security policies for the judical service
• Performing any other related duties as and when required

Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Management or related discipline
• Should not be more than 55 years
• Should be a retired Captain of the Army or Deputy Superintendent of Police

2.) Director, Monitoring and Evaluation
Job Description
Will be in charge of the overall coordination and supervision of activities of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, including the following.
• Supervising the design and implementation of M&E specific studies
• Providing data/information for planning or decision-making
• Monitoring progress on programmes/projects and activities fo the service
• Disseminating M&E information to stakeholders
• Providing organizational guidance in communicating core messages to build broader recognition of the service's vision, mission, programmes and policies
• Undertaking caseload management
• Carrying out assessment of the cases from the courts,
• Performing any other related duties and when required
Qualification Required & Experience
Job Specification
• A minimum of Master's Degree in Statistics or a related social science discipline
• Should have data collection, data analysis and data interpretation skills
• Should have analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should have proven ability to organise, direct and co-ordinate activities
• Should have the ability to interact with top management of other institutions and agencies
• Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Experience:
• At least 12 years of experience, 7 of which must be in a management position

3.) Director, Audit
Job Description
Will be in charge of the overall coordination and supervision of activities of the internal audit Department, including the following:
• Providing reliable assurance to the Judicial Service and the Judicial Council as to the effectiveness of the control systems in place to mitigate risk and promote the control culture of the service
• Planning, implementing and evaluating effective internal audit system for all financial and non-financial transactions of the service
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures in conformity with internal auditing standards to guide internal auditing of the service
• Developing and executing an annual risk-based audit plan, reports on risk-based audit assignments carried out in order to determine the priorities of the audit activities, consistent with the service goals
• Planning, controlling and directing activities of the internal audit department
• Conducting specific investigations into alleged cases of financial impropriety and any other such matters on the initiative of the Department or as may be referred to the Department
• Planning and overseeing the performance of internal audit review prepare and submit periodic audit report for the attention of the Chief Justice, Audit Committee and the Judicial Council
• Supervising the conduct systems in the Service are adhered to.
• Adopting and maintaining the Department's quality assurance and improvement programme for internal and external reviews developed by the internal audit agency
• Determining the extent of coordination of audit effort with external auditors to avoid duplication and ensuring that plans are shared, working papers are reviewed by both parties and periodic meetings are held
• Overseeing the work and performance of audit functions at all the Regional Internal Audit Offices

Qualification Required & Experience
• A Master's Degree in Accounting
• A professional Qualification (ICA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Should have broad knowledge in Internal Regulations and Policies, legislative regulatory framework, financial systems control
• Should have analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should have the ability to interact with top management of other institutions and agencies
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should have exceptional interpersonal skills
