1.) Clinical Coordinator
Job Purpose:
• To assist in implementing clinical coordination activities of the College to ensure professional development.
Job Summary:
• Implements clinical coordination activities
• Ensures Residents report at assigned clinical sites and perform assigned clinical duties as required.
• Assesses and recommends appropriate clinical sites for the various specialist programmes
• Maintains positive working relationships with clinical facility management and staff
Qualification Required & Experience
Applicants must have:
• Master’s degree in in Nursing, Mental Health, Midwifery, Public Health or an equivalent discipline;

Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent managerial skills
• Ability to organize workload and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
• High sense of professionalism.

2.) ICT (Software) Manager
Job Purpose:
To provide frontline:
• Information Communication Technology support services to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Job Summary:
• Assists in conducting research on all ICT issues to support the design and administration of ICT projects;
• Provides data to support the development of ICT, both short and long-term operational plans;
• Performs technical support duties for end-users;
• Undertakes the installation/ implementation, operations, repair or upgrade and routine maintenance of ICT equipment, systems and resources;
• Undertakes any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualification Required & Experience
Applicants must have:
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and Professional ICT qualification or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience.
• Experience using a variety of computer hardware and software applications.

• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities.

3.) Examinations Manager
Job Purpose:
• To assist in administering the College’s examinations processes starting from the registration process and ending with marking of scripts to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Job Summary:
• Administers assessments and end of block examinations
• Creates examinations schedules
• Sets up examination venues as per Academic Board requirements
• Provides data for archive files and historical records relating to assessment and examinations; .
• Assists in identifying training needs of examination invigilators and organizes appropriate development opportunities
• Processes attendance and training
• Records for examination invigilators
• Reports on activities and assignments undertaken
• Undertakes any other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must have:
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Mental Health, Midwifery, Public Health or an equivalent discipline;
• A Professional Nurse or Midwife; and
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive working experience in an educational institution with experience in organizing examinations.
Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent managerial skills
• Ability to organize workload and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent problem-solving skills
