1.) Electrical Technician
Role & Responsibilities:
The Electrical Technician will support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment and electrical components. This position creates value for the facility by performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance leading to increase uptime and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals.
Results / Accountabilities
-Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment and other components so that they remain at full functioning capacity.
-Review blueprints to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs.
-Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks.
-Ensure all routine electrical maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs.
-Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Maintenance Technicians.

-HND in appropriate Engineering discipline with experience/competence in Operations, Maintenance, Process Control and Performance Measurement in a brewery or food or drinks manufacturing environment.
-Demonstrate understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance and problem solving.

Preferred skills:
-Strong electrical maintenance repair/troubleshooting and installation skills.
-Must be able to satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in Electrical Repair, Machine Tool Operations, Pipefitting and Welding.
-Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with focus on attention to detail
-Be able and willing to work in non-ideal environments
-Strong communicator (both oral & written).
-Proven ability to work well in a team environment.

2.) Quality Analyst
Role & Responsibilities:
This position will support production via the provision of technical analytical and microbiological services and skills, by carrying out analytical and microbiological analysis according to sampling plans in order to fulfill customer expectations.
Results / Accountabilities
-Complete all tests required for each product
-Document results and analyze data
-Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
-Communicate test results with production personnel and Quality managers
-Conduct retesting of product as needed to support quality investigations
-Monitor use and inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies
-Make recommendations for adjusting process conditions to ensure quality standards are met
-Adhere to safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
-Maintain good housekeeping to ensure laboratory and plant cleanliness

3.) Mechanical Technician
Role & Responsibilities:
This position will support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment including but not limited to construction, painting, plumbing, welding, heating/cooling, automation and fire protection systems in a safe and orderly fashion.
This position creates value for the facility by performing preventive and corrective maintenance leading to increased up-time and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals.
Results / Accountabilities
-Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment.
-Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to Maintenance Manager.
-Performs welding and fabrication (both stick and gas) in various locations and positions including pipe and structural on various metals for new and existing equipment.
-Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area
