1.) Pellet Press Operator - Premier Feed Mills

Loaction: Ibadan, Oyo

The Job

Prepare the machines to produce feed pellets and crumbs.
Check and adjust steam valves to regulate temperature of the machines.
Adjust ammeter and valves to regulate flow of materials into the machine.
Adjust rollers to crush pellets into crumbs feed.
Tends to the bucket elevator to transfer pellets to finished feed bin.

Qualification

National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Two (2) years cognate experience.

The Person Must:

Have the ability to think through and provide solutions.
Have good mechanical aptitude.
Be able to communicate and process information clearly.

2.) Boiler Operator - Premier Feed Mills

Loaction: Ibadan, Oyo

The Job

Responsible for constant monitoring of steam availability and quality for production.
Responsible for preventive and planed maintenance of the boiler.
Perform general water treatment activities.
Trouble shoot boiler and its accessories.

3.) Extruder Operator - Premier Feed Mills

The Job

Replacement of worn-out dies from extruder machine
Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure and temperature.
Synchronizing speed of extrusion
Inspect and remove defect product & packing materials.
Remove finished package items from machine & seperate rejected items
Bag out fish feed that has being confirmed as good pelletized fish feeds

Experience:

4.) Management Accountant

Loaction: Sunti, Niger State

The Job
Management Information Systems:

Ensure accurate information are received from the operations and the same are captured in the MIS system on daily basis.
Work closely with operations to ensure accurate information are captured on the Management Information System.

Support for budget & forecasting:

Co-ordination with Department Heads and prepare Forecasts on requests.
Generate Monthly Variance Analysis Report to ensure the project is progressing within the estimated and pre-assigned budget cost limits.

Support for month end accounts:

Responsible for providing accurate data for activity-based costing/ salary allocations and thereby ensuring the closure of the monthly books in time.
Prepare reports, budget, commentaries and financials for the subsidiary.
Provide input into the long-term financial strategies, budgeting process and capital allocation.

New system developments:

Provide business requirement data for the development and implementation of new system (CanePro).

Qualification

First degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional Certification (CFA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA).

5.) Agronomist

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

Establish an index and maintain a relationship with Farmers/Cooperatives/Agro-dealers within the location.
Provide timely feedback to Management regarding Inquiry into farmer-related transactions for the state.
Manage/Supervise all GAIL Programs involving farmers in the state through relevant state coordinators.
Provide production forecasts quarterly for all commodities in the state based on interaction with farmers & Ag. Development.Program.
Directly responsible for all commercials and sales deliverables required on a 2,000-hectare model (seed, fertilizer, and chemical sales)
Conduct training on good agronomic practices and establish demonstrations and farm/market storms within the region
Ensure linkage of all harvest from above to FMN Factories (Aggregation and logistics requirements)
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all farmer transaction inquiries while maintaining the commercial position of Gail.
Recommend state coordinators/Ad-hoc staff for enrollment with Gail to drive farmer engagement and training.
Grow Input finance portfolio, smallholder farmers training participation
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Qualifications

First degree in Agronomy or any other related field
Masters Degree or equivalent an added advantage

Experience:

Minimum of 5 -10 years post qualification work experience in a manufacturing environment of which 3-5 FMCG industry.
Robust experience in technical and agronomic for the Agri- input department, undertaking investigations and research with the objective of increasing Agro-Allied production.

The person must:

Must have the ability to impart knowledge to subordinates clearly and concisely.
Must recognize the standards of quality to be achieved, and pass on the same understanding to subordinates so that a policy of attention to detail is garnered.
Must ensure that expected crop yields and quality are achieved.

Saki/ Iseyin Oyo State (Not Ibadan)
